there’s nothing quite like the energy of those first warm days. eyes squinting against the sun, fresh sheets billowing on the line. the smell of salt and sunscreen and something frying nearby, drifting up from the street below. by @extreme.cashmere

james k has always been deeply emotional. she just needed time to fully own it. “more recently i’ve been able to open myself up and really show that core,” she says. “that’s just getting older.”she gets dressed for a show the same way she builds her sound — intuitively, with a little red thread. recently, that throughline was color: muted pinks, whites and neutrals. “pink has that vibrancy,” she says, “but it also makes people calm. that duality is really a part of my sound.”and that’s exactly what it felt like when she performed at our new york city flagship. by @extreme.cashmere

sihwan’s family has a ritual that started when he was a child: fried chicken at 10pm. “i only realized after becoming an adult that not many other families do this,” he says. some things feel universal until you look around and realize they’re entirely your own. family bowl was one more thing to add to the list. by @extreme.cashmere
