Had the honor of completely renovating this five level condo in the Tremont area! Some of the features include: master bath soaker tub, heated floor, smart toilet from @totousa (featured in all 3bathrooms with remote control) and digital steam shower with 12”television/steam control. Kitchen featuring black granite, flat panel cabinetry from @ikeausa and the crown jewel of the kitchen a @kohler ceiling mount faucet with remote control. Half bath done in raw marble. Hardwood floors restored and the lower level workout area with sauna. And full 2nd level deck rebuild with grass wall. The one thing I always wanted to do was paint an all black exterior which is one of my favorite transformations to this home! #allblackeverything #hgtv #homedesign #renovation #thisoldhouse #remodeling taken in Tremont by @exusia_entities

We had the Opportunity and honor to remodel and expand the bathroom of a historic home that once belonged to Carl B Stokes. the first black mayor of a major U.S. city . Equipped with wet room and heated floor. We had to remove two closets to make room for the expansion. We also added a second vanity and relocated the toilet to give room for it. Please give us a call at 2166349509. It would be our pleasure to serve you! @exusia_entities @exusia_decor taken in Larchmere by @exusia_entities

Had a great opportunity to build a glam closet for a phenomenal client! She was left in bad shape by a previous contractor (as seen in the first video) and we were able to come in and complete the job for her. Beautiful closets and shelving from @ikeausa installed. Flooring, painting, chandeliers and cabinet lighting. A hall of fame project in the hall of fame city!! taken in Canton Ohio by @exusia_entities

Half bathroom conversion to full bath for another wonderful client. This house located in historic bratenahl once upon a time had a shower in the garage (2nd pic that looks like a closet)and a half bath immediately off of the entrance into the house from the garage. With limited space we were able to use the area of the old shower outside for inside the bath. Equipped with a remote controlled toilet/bidet marble and a new lead glass window insert to keep some of the classic look of the house. taken in Bratenahl, Ohio by @exusia_entities
