A good friend told me today, “It’s all a part of the process, we need to lose ourselves at one point or a few points to find and build ourselves again”

My paintings are my pride and joy, eye surrounded myself with them today.
This particular series is called the “ABYSS”, a metamorphosis from spirit into reality. All coming from my cognitive & creatrix residence.

Some glimpses of our time in NYC with my beautiful girl — the best travel buddy I could ever ask for. 🤍
It felt so good to see my dear friends, I love you all so much. Each one of you has impacted my growth in such a significant way, you are all so special and unique. I am eternally grateful for the ecosystem of support around me.

People always ask me whether I feel more at home in New York City or in Tbilisi, and I never seem to have a satisfying answer.

It depends on my inner world — my mental health, my physical health, and the relationship I have with myself. If I feel safe within my own body and spirit, then I am at home anywhere.

The places I choose to live simply reflect the season of life I’m in. Right now, peace is my priority, and Georgia feels just right.

I’ve learned that if I am grounded within myself, I will always be okay, no matter where I am in the world.

Becoming a mother reshaped my entire understanding of what it means to be a woman. I started to see my own mother in a new light, feeling a deeper admiration and inspiration from the women around me than ever before. I often asked myself, How did they do it?

My journey had only just begun, yet the weight of responsibility, the pressure, and the overwhelm were immense. And still—I was doing it. Every step forward felt like a breath of fresh air, and it still does. Motherhood didn’t just challenge me; it awakened something powerful within me—a strength I never knew I had.

After moving to Georgia, my definition of womanhood expanded even further. I saw women balancing two children on their hips at the bazaar, carrying bags of groceries, navigating packed trains and buses. I saw women working two, even three jobs just to feed their children on their own. Come home from work and cook a meal for a family of 6-7 people despite being exhausted. I saw women break down, their emotions spilling over when the weight became too much. But I also saw them rise. Again and again. With no limits.

My artistic work was always about the feminine energy and the female vessel. Now after I have barred a child and given birth and dedicated myself to motherhood, my perspective has shifted so much where it really reflects in my work. I had to stop for a while just to rethink things and evolve into a different direction artistically. I am excited to share parts of myself through my art and through my writing because I deserve it and so does everyone else. May this feminine energy flow through and bring up to a liberated and clear state of being. This is for me, my daughter and all the women everywhere.

Women are warriors, life-givers, nurturers, and protectors. We carry the weight of the world, yet we still find the grace to love, the patience to guide, and the courage to keep going. We are not defined by our struggles but by the way we push through them. Before anything else, we are human—but as women, we are unstoppable. No matter what we face, we persevere

It is 2:30 AM and I cannot help but reflect on every single thought that passes through my mind at this very moment. It’s a good feeling, to recap and let go
I wrote this book the year I moved to a whole new country and started from zero.
As beautiful as all these words are, they don’t come from a very beautiful place. A place of grief, hopelessness at times, a place of pain.
My biggest power is that I could create beauty out of all those things. I know that no matter what happens to me in life I will always make something beautiful out of it, knowing it is actually happening for me.
