#MedalMonday: Prague Marathon 2026 💙

A PB (~2+ mins from Zurich) + first sub-4 🥹 Came here just wanting to run through this beautiful city and take in the views with no expectations.

Training block was my usual run routine — run commutes & weekend long runs, fitting everything around work and solo-parenting. When my shin started acting up a month ago, I reduced mileage with more rest, sports massages and cross-training.

Race morning felt extra special with company, flagging off in front of our hotel at 8am. I tried to keep even splits to cruise for first 21km, saving energy for later. But the cobblestones/train tracks and heat made sure it wasn’t going to be an easy day. Not the cooling smooth-road conditions I was hoping for, but every marathon teaches you new things!

By 35km my ankles were tired and the marathon fatigue sets in. Just holding on pace, one km at a time. Seeing @tcforeveralone at 32km & 40km with his coke in hand and loud cheers gave me the final push to finish strong. 😭

Thank you @runczech for the chio blue medal, views and memories. All runners are beautiful! taken in Prague by @eyeletskirt

Short 2D1N adventure to @legolandmalaysia with my boys — our first trip with just three of us ❤️ NGL, this clumsy mama was honestly a little nervous about losing one of them, but thankfully everything went smoothly.

We were there to celebrate the launch of Brickfest 2026 (happening till 19 July), packed with soccer-themed LEGO activities. As huge LEGO fans, we spent our time bouncing between the theme park, water park and hotel. Kids love their adventure-themed room!

Came home tanner after two days in the sun with happy memories made☀️

(Pro tip: After the theme park closes, hop into a cab to a nearby mall for dinner, shopping, or even a much-needed massage!)

One of my fav things about motherhood is watching Syrus grow and how curious he is about everything!

Recently, I got the chance to learn more about what goes behind the scene at the Nestle Quality Assurance Centre. It was an eye-opener to learn about how every tin of NAN is made and the science behind it.

For me, showing love is about making informed choices. That’s why I trust NAN - made with care, backed by science 🩵

Always a joy to run together as a family esp during this stressful EOY exam period ❤️

Didi third “marathon” at Real Run 2026! He’s SO funny to watch, running should be this fun. Excited since the day he collected his bib, not drinking at water stations to not waste time, negative splits and banana dance for his reward at the end 🤣

Clocked my 10km run + 1.6km kids T-Play fun walk! Happy 30th edition @hometeamns_sg, to more mileage together ✨ taken in Punggol Digital District by @eyeletskirt

Second Sydney for my sixth star!

Felt like a Mario character going up and down the never-ending slopes 😂 Course was beautiful, esp the spectacular ending line at Opera House! Def enjoyed myself so much more this time tho had to overcome my accumulated sleep debt in first half.

Was a fun run this time round! Mainly relied on my fitness from May’s Prague training block + regular run-commute + weekend LSDs. Ramped up distance over final 8 weeks and happy to finish strong with a negative split.

Thank you @sydney_marathon once again for the amazing experience and little break. Can’t wait to go back to my babies - racing towards EOY exams now! 🩵

Prepping for the biggest local race of the year @sgintlmarathon, one session at a time! 🥰

Squeezing in time to run is always a luxury, especially with work and family commitments. I believe in consistency — planting the seeds through every easy run, every hard run, and knowing when to take those much-needed rest days. Every day, I choose to show up.

Excited for a refreshed race course at home and to finish at the National Stadium this time with my friends! SGIM 21K, lezzgo!

🏃‍♀️🏃 Hoods Loops Festival X @clarkequaysg happening 5–6 Sept — community runs, experiences and more!
