A NEW NAME. THE SAME LEGACY. AN EVEN GREATER COMMITMENT TO OUR YOUTH.

For decades, the Black United Fund of Michigan (BUF) has worked to strengthen communities, create opportunities, develop young people, and build pathways toward brighter futures.

Today, that legacy continues under a new name: E.Y.E.S. Incorporated - Empowering Youth for Everyday Success.

Our name may be changing, but our history, our legacy, our relationships, and our commitment to Michigan’s youth remain the same.

This transition represents more than a rebrand. It represents the next chapter of an organization committed to preparing young people for success through education, workforce development, mentorship, financial literacy, health sciences, automotive innovation, aviation, leadership development, and meaningful community partnerships.

BUF built the foundation. E.Y.E.S. will carry the legacy forward.

As we begin this exciting new chapter, we invite our longtime supporters, community partners, volunteers, alumni, families, and new friends to continue the journey with us.

Because empowering youth isn’t just about preparing them for tomorrow. It’s about providing the opportunities, resources, relationships, and support they need to succeed every day.

👁️ New Name. Same Mission. Same Legacy. Bigger Vision.
