Elaine + Isaiah — a love greater than the moon. 🌑

E + I’s day was one you could feel more than you could ever put into words. A love so tangible, they brought the moon to Half Moon Bay. Their love is truly otherworldly, and somehow the entire evening felt like a reflection of just that, beautiful, surreal, and entirely their own.

It’s crazy to think it’s been over half a decade since you came into my life. So much has changed, but I continue to still be eternally grateful to have you here with me. While every year with you is amazing, this one in particular has been spectacular as now I get to call you my fiancé and soon to be wife. I can’t wait for the next steps in our lives together, from planing our wedding, to new trips, and all the moments in between. Four years strong and many more to go. This year has been filled with so many adventures and as always I’m so glad to share them together as we move forward in our life. So much has happened this last year, but I couldn’t imagine anyone else better to be with through the good times and the bad. Can’t believe it’s already been 3 years (or 3 centuries as you call it 🙂). So much has happened in that time, and even so much in the past year, that I couldn't even try and list it all. Moving twice (and hopefully not again for a while), multiple international trips (hopefully more of those soon), and countless other daily adventures. I'm so lucky that I've gotten to share these experiences with you, but also each and every day we spend together. As always, I can't wait to see what the next year has in store for us, it's always a surprise. A week ago, I drove to #LA to pick up this fluffy ball of love.. Gnocchi ❤️ I was so nervous, worrying that maybe he wouldn’t like me. When we first met, I sat down and he crawled onto my lap with a roaring purr and gave me snuggles and kisses 😭
On the car ride home, he chose to sit on MY lap while I was driving😻.. even though I had a friend riding a long with me in the passenger seat (7hrs from #la to #sf)
On the road, I witnessed one of the most breathe taking sunsets with this little guy on my lap (swipe left). No joke, it felt like time froze and my heart swelled and exploded with gratitude and contentment. Whenever he was taken from me by people to snuggle with, he would cry. Gnocchi cried inconsolably whenever I left him with someone. He stopped crying only when he was back on my lap or in my arms 😍

When did I know he was the one? The little monster practically inhaled pieces of #innout hamburger patty on our food stop.
That’s when I knew, he was the one.
JK, 😬

But yeah, it feels like we’ve been looking for each other this whole time 😊 I had searched and visited kittens for several weeks before at the SPCA and I have to say, when you meet your fur baby, you’ll know. It’s #truelove and #loveatfirstsight! Gnocchi will be 3 months tomorrow!
