Every great production starts long before show day.

Before choosing the equipment, you need to understand the venue.
Before building the system, you need to understand the production.

And before everything comes together on stage, audio, lighting, video, structure, and every technical element need to work around the same plan.

In this episode of Inside Talks, Ezar aka Ecang, Co-Founder and Technical Director at Live Production Indonesia, shares what happens behind large-scale productions—from translating creative ideas and artist riders into technical plans to coordinating the people and systems that bring them to life.

Because a great show isn’t built from one technical discipline.
It happens when every part of the production works together.

Watch the full episode of Inside Talks with Ecang on the Louder Technologies YouTube channel.

Raisa Love and Let Go Concert
Plenary Hall Jakarta
6 & 7 June 2026

Stage Manager : @ezarupd
ASM : @caronshaine @hamidkiper @tommy_anting @rama.adhista.m
Stage crew : @pramaudi07 @namaku_cae @call_me_kipli @dianniy @viprenny
Logistic : @quien_dewaputra
Prompter : @novence (anggota kehormatan LPI)

Seru banget!

SM Desk gear list :
Clearcomm Matrix Panel (chnl 1 SM, chnl 2 LX-VJ, chnl 3 Automation, chnl 4 Raisa, chnl 5 Playback Engineer) support by @dino_gonggalang
Laptop with prompt book and extended monitor
Office kit untuk mencatat
Tumbler isi air putih (beneran) biar gak gatel tenggorokan

Thank you temen2 gw tim SM LPI!
Thank you @ppcproduction untuk kerja kerasnya!
Thank you all partners yg support equipments dan operators
