Meet Chef T’s Fennel Sausage! One of our signature pies and a permanent fixture on the EZPZ menu for good reason.

House-made fennel sausage, rich pomodoro, melted mozzarella and a finishing touch of fennel pollen. All on our signature 48-hour fermented dough made with organic California flour.

When we opened our doors, we wanted to keep things simple: thoughtful food, incredible ingredients, and EZ hospitality.

What started on one little corner in El Segundo is becoming an incredible community of regulars, first-timers, friends, families, and pizza and soft-serve lovers.

Created with our favorite local legend — James Beard Award-winning pastry chef @chefsherryyard . Sherry’s BestiEZ starts with her signature two-layer “brookie” — rich, delicious brownie with white chocolate chips + the perfect handmade chocolate chip cookie — served warm (!) with our Straus Organic Vanilla Soft-Serve.
