@hotspizzanyc is shaking things up chinatown. From the mind that brought us @littlecanal is now serving up sourdough slices on E Broadway. It’s a must try and then sum when in the area and youre not in the mood for dim dum. That slow fermented crust is packed with flavor, the tomatoes and cheese are well balanced and our pepperoni is the perfect cherry on top. Give the potato pie a try as well, it’s always a sleeper slice in my humble opinion. Even with the ever rising standard of pizza in the city I wouldn’t be surprised if a couple more of these started popping up in other neighborhoods in the future, it’s that good. #pizza #chinatown #nyc #nycpizza #ezzodoesit taken in Seward Park (Manhattan) by @ezzosausageco

The “cup-and-char” pepperoni trend may be having a moment… but at Veltre’s, we’ve been doing it since 1978. 🍕 Those crispy little @ezzosausageco pepperoni cups are an original around here.

Some things never go out of style 😉

You’ve had pepperoni your whole life.

You’ve probably never seen how it’s actually made.

We went inside @ezzosausageco , right here in Columbus, Ohio, the name trusted by top pizzaiolos across the country, to show you the process up close.

From bulk meat to grind, casing, and slice, this is where the best pepperoni in the game is made. by @ezzosausageco
