Frequency is a series exploring the relationship between movement and stillness. Volume 1 brings together mindful pilates and auricular therapy.

Created as an opportunity to slow down and reconnect, the experience encourages awareness, balance and a deeper understanding of your own rhythms.

Led by Dr. Jade Zoe and NayNay, whose paths first crossed through music as DJs, before evolving into different practices in Chinese Medicine and Pilates.
