Came into the race chasing sub-60 despite no training sessions together and little preparation.

Nevertheless we’ll be back hungrier 😤

3rd Open Solo and happy with another PB 🙏

Each race, same mindset. Close to 4 months in this sport and I’ve enjoyed every moment of it.

Brisbane 1:22
Jakarta 1:18
Perth 1:13

Celebrating the small wins and seeing the work pay off. This is what it’s all about 🚀 taken in Perth Convention and Exhibition Centre by @f.rampton

Hyrox Jakarta 🇲🇨 1:18:18

Came into this race with one goal: not to compare myself to anyone else. Just run my own race — one run and one station at a time.

With this only being my second Open Singles, I’m still learning how to pace myself without burning out.

Managed to shave a chunk of time off the two stations I hate the most… Wall Balls and Lunges 🤣🙏

4-minute PB, baby! 💃

Self-improvement is the BEST. 🔥 taken in Nusantara International Convention Exhibition by @f.rampton
