Congrats to not just one but TWO members of the month, Ali and Ian! 🫶

With more than 1️⃣4️⃣0️⃣0️⃣ visits between them, these guys are continuing to push themselves outside of their comfort zones 🏆

This year alone they’ve smashed the F45 Peak 500, Ministry of Sound, Metrix, regularly attend our weekly HYROX classes, and now have joined our Wandsworth teams in the upcoming Battle Cancer London event.

Build phase starts tomorrow, Wandsworth 🧱

The next four weeks of Series 4 are about getting stronger. Heavier pulls, bigger hinges and more work capacity, with pull-ups, deadlifts and sled push and pull leading the way.

Some favourites are back on the board too. Loyals, Romans, Foxtrot, T10 and MKatz all feature, Hammer returns, and Devils Peak 🇿🇦 makes its debut.

Battle Cancer Prep Session 2 ✅

In 2 weeks time, 7 teams from F45 Wandsworth (28 participants including 6 coaches) will be taking on the @battleglobal London workout on the 17th October.

A 90min team based workout with 9 stations challenging endurance and strength.

We are PUMPED for this 🙌

We will also be fundraising money to the Sarcoma UK charity. We will be posting fundraising links in our stories and via QR codes in the gym.

Coach Cat & G take on HYROX!

We’re raising fund for the Women’s Empowerment Fund which donates to multiple women’s specific charity causes.

WOMEN’S EMPOWERMENT FUND
Globally, a woman is killed every 10 minutes by a partner or family member, and 1 in 3 women will experience physical or sexual violence in her lifetime.

THE CAUSE
Billions of women and girls face systemic barriers that limit their health, safety, and freedom - from restricted access to contraception and maternal healthcare, to gender-based violence and economic inequality. Vetted charities in this fund are breaking these cycles by delivering safety, autonomy, and opportunity at scale.

The Women’s Empowerment Fund supports organisations tackling these issues head-on, so women and girls can live safe, healthy, and thriving lives.

Another great group down there today and lots of incredible chats! The more I go the more I love the community side of it so it’s only right we’re doing an event together!💪
