Declan’s been putting the work in.

He’s a Perrysburg freshman playing football and baseball, and in this clip he talks about how long he’s been training here and what it’s helped him with on and off the field. Just honest feedback from an athlete who shows up and works.

Finished today’s session by hitting a 305 lb squat PR.

“My form wasn’t good and I was prone to injuries before coming here.”

That was McKenzie’s starting point. She came in wanting to clean up her form, stay healthy, and get faster for cross country 🏃‍♀️

Now she’s running PRs, moving with confidence, and staying healthy through her season. This past year was her best cross country season to date, and a big part of that came from fixing the basics and training with intention.

She has no regrets training with Chris and genuinely enjoys being here. This is what happens when training actually supports your sport instead of breaking your body down.

BCSN’s @kyelibrennan came to visit us today, so naturally we put her through a full workout and performance testing with the Gladiator hockey team… and she got a little more than she bargained for 😂

Our sessions here cover a little bit of everything, we like to make sure each athlete is completely balanced so we work with them on strength + speed work.

Were always changing each athletes training session as they progress and set new goal. Each session is tailored to the specific athlete and their sports + goal.

How long does it take an athlete to see results while training with us?

That is one of the most common questions we get asked and it really depends on the athlete, the length of training but they can typically see some results even after just one session.

We like to work with them to make a plan that's specific to them, their sport and their goals and work closely to make sure they're seeing constant improvements.
