I started with zero experience and a lot of self-doubt, but I kept trying, failing, and learning with others.

I never imagined competitions and volunteer would shape my journey, especially since I wasn’t confident with my public speaking and leadership skills. But curiosity pushed me forward.

Looking back, those challenges became turning points. I learned that leadership starts when you decide to show up even in uncertain situations. For me, I see this “experience” as my next step to grow, learn, and create real-impact. taken in Jakarta, Indonesia by @f4uzaaan
