To God be the glory🙏🏽

The 5000m was introduced to the carifta games in 1975,and since then there has been only 6 athletes to defend their title back to back,on April 1st 2024,I became #7….this year also I became 5th junior from the Caribbean to ever go under 15min

With dedication and determination, the desire of wanting more and the desire to win,I was able to defend our crown.

Must say carifta 2024 was my best, but also my last, and I must say I am proud to be the male team captain of this years team..each of you showed heart and did your best and that is what helped us bring home more medals this year…congratulations to all of you on the team this year, and our aim will be to get a lot more In our home town next year 🇹🇹

Thank you to each and every one of you who supports and back me, @therapace,and my teammates and coach @nicholas_romany @don_francis2 @jasonp800 ,my number one supporter my mother @rastastacy1 ❤️ and God🙏🏽
Thank you.

There is still the rest of the season ahead and more, and myself along with your backing for Mo Fari we will continue to raise the standard and put TTO on the map for distance running 🙏🏽

Shoutout to the man behind the photos on the track @hf_media 💯💯

A very short…but yet great season. This is my first year not competing as a junior, and what I was able to accomplish this year for me was something special.Coming from nothing, from coming almost last in every single race I ran,to being able to race, meet and talk to some of the best runners in the world,is an example that Faith,Prayers,Consistency,Hard work and Drive WILL take you far.At just 19,I caped off my season as the #2 5000m and #4 1500m runner in the entire Caribbean on the track.I want to big up my coach Jason Paris @jp_enduranceellite …this man single handedly produced some of the top distance runners in the Caribbean right here on home soil,he never gives up on us,he believes in us more than we believe in ourselves, and he is far from done.
Big up to all the middle and long distance athletes,This is the first time we had so many mid/long distance runners qualifying to an area championship, that in itself is an accomplishment and we all run some personal best🙏🏽only the beginning for better to come.
Thankful for my great team,supporters and training partners.. @endurance_elite_868 💯 @socadre @1of1.jmikey_w @theyluv_.joshua 🫡 @rastastacy1 ❤️

And of course, our all mighty God🙏🏽

Onto the next🫡
The distance runners want to make some history for this nation,to do things we were never able to do before, and all we want is the backing and support.
