Today’s exactly one year I got inducted into this noble profession, and it’s been a beautiful journey of growth...
Part of this journey is a one year mandated internship which I’m currently undergoing and I’ve come to realize three things that we were not taught in school.
The first is a fact, second one sounds controversial, and the last one is apparently the one that affects all of us.

This is not just another piece of content.
This is vision, effort, sleepless edits, intentional storytelling, and excellence stitched together frame by frame.

The More the Merrier 😮‍💨
There was a time I used to go on shift alone…
No gist. No laughter. No “did you see what just happened?” moments 😭
Just me, my thoughts… and a long list of responsibilities.
And honestly?
It was exhausting.
Not just physically… but mentally too.
Then one day… I got paired with someone.
And everything changed.
Suddenly, the shift didn’t feel so heavy anymore.
We’d exchange looks during stressful moments 😂
Laugh over the smallest things 🤭
And somehow… survive even the craziest days together.
It wasn’t that the work became easier…
It was that I wasn’t doing it alone anymore.
That silent “I’ve got you”
That quick help when you’re overwhelmed
That small laugh in between chaos…
It makes a difference. A BIG one.
So if you have that one person at work
Hold onto them 🤍
Appreciate them.
Grow with them.
Because in this life (and especially in nursing)…
the more, the merrier.
