Manchmal muss man mit sich selbst geduldig sein und lernen, zu vertrauen. Nicht alles im Leben lässt sich erzwingen – egal, wie sehr man es versucht oder wie sehr man sich dabei verkrampft. Manche Dinge entstehen erst dann, wenn man loslässt und ihnen Zeit gibt, sich zu entwickeln.

In den letzten zwei Wochen ist mir das wieder ganz besonders bewusst geworden.

2025 war für mich ein Jahr der Geduld.
Ich habe gelernt, Prozesse zu akzeptieren, Rückschläge anzunehmen und auch dann ruhig zu bleiben, wenn Fortschritte nicht sofort sichtbar waren. Geduldig zu bleiben, bei mir zu bleiben und meinem Weg zu vertrauen, war oft die größte Herausforderung – aber genau darin lag die wichtigste Lektion dieses Jahres.

Danke an meinen Trainer @reiner_philipp , an meinen Sponsor @grapossoftdrinks und an alle, die immer an meiner Seite standen. Ohne euch wäre das nicht möglich gewesen.
