And just like that… NY’s most stylish week in September comes to a close. Enjoyed a few shows, a few events, and lots of lovely moments in between. I always love New York’s energy this time of year.✨

I’ve always loved labyrinths for their quiet wisdom. 🌿✨

Life is non-linear, and a path built with twists and turns can be so beautiful.

There is a shift happening. A quiet, collective exhale from the noise. More and more people are remembering that life can happen in the rooms, the meals, the conversations that never get posted. That is where I love living. #AnalogLife #ConsciousLiving #SlowLiving #savorthemoment by @fabiolahesslein

Having spent over 30 years in the arts, music, and entertainment, I’m excited to be adding transformative and lifestyle-centric productions to the journey. There’s a strong desire to foster deeper, more meaningful connections with ourselves and each other. It has been a personal and professional evolution slowly unfolding for me since 2017. In my 50s, my purpose becomes clearer and redefined. It’s a dedication to enriching our life and lifestyles in unique, yet traditional ways, especially in these vastly-evolving times.

I welcome conversations, connection and collaborations. A special shoutout to a few people who have participated in some of my quests so far:

Hello weekend. Thank god it’s Friday. Reflecting back on my week. Major productions ahead, new endeavors, new paradigm shifts, new chapter - period. But more importantly, new ways of operating continue to unfold in ways that feel more empowering emotionally, mentally, physically & spiritually. There’s a great sense of freedom that comes with that. It’s a non-linear approach. Sending lots of love. ❤️❤️❤️

Happy 50th Birthday to me. (Well it was yesterday). Last night was truly one of the happiest moments of my life. My heart is so full. I am beyond grateful & humbled for the last half-century. I’m truly blessed to be loved and surrounded by beautiful friends, family, colleagues, and a loving husband …the travels and adventures I have experienced across the world …all of my creative and artistic expressions and endeavors …the opportunities to have worked and performed alongside so many great legends, rockstars and icons in the music/entertainment industry ….my beautiful life and home here in NYC …and the amazing successful business my husband and I built. I never imagined so many of my dreams would come true.

Lastly, I am grateful for the mystery life offers on a daily basis and the trust I truly have in the universe. And although my mother is not here to watch her daughter celebrate this milestone, I channeled her beautiful celebratory energy. She was the queen at that. I miss you mommy. I felt you in spirit. 🧚‍♀️

Thank you everyone for the beautiful birthday messages here on social media and all the texts, calls, DMs & emails I received. I love you so so much. 💋❤️🧡💋

These are definitely transformative times with new approaches to living and operating. It’s an era forging new ways of existing making room to cultivate more meaningful deeper relationships, compassion, humanitarianism, sustainability, inner connectedness, intuitive arts, self-expression, radical work/life balance and freedom. It’s no surprise we have “the great resignation”, workforce shortages, the hybrid model and newer generations focused on ‘more BEing and less DOing’ — trusting that what they do is ‘enough’. Older generations are recalibrating. We simply want to do the things that are joyfully fulfilling and make us better. Any prosperity that comes from it is the byproduct, the icing on the cake.

There’s this tendency to conform back to our “autopilot” ways and outdated coping mechanisms. Stress, no thanks. It’s how we’ve been conditioned in a society with toxic systems, the rate race, the grind, etc. But systemic patterns, behaviors and habits that keep us in a loop and groundhog day are all so yesterday. There’s a new formula in town: EC2 = Less Efforting, Chasing & Confirming. And what may look like challenging times on a macro level are just paradigm shifts inviting healthier ways to thrive, transform and show up. It’s asking us to question and reevaluate what’s best for us. It has been for the past couple years and will continue to. Let’s seize those opportunities. It may look different for everyone. Just follow your bliss, your emotions, intuition and make decisions according to your own core values and what brings out the best in you. 🤍
