Platz belohnt.

Bei der @dcsv_dm.weighted im September gibt's dann Runde 2 gegen @buck_coaching und @luk_krass .. Spannung vorprogrammiert 😎

Danke an @zerorepsinreserve für die optimale Betreuung!!

I reached all my goals at DCSV German Open in Streetlifting @dcsv_dm.weighted and made 4th place with a total of 420kg (🍁) in the -87kg class by hitting 11/12 lifts! I also managed to break several PRs and our class together put on a good and insanely exciting show. The competition also put me into the Top 10 of all Streetlifters in Germany in the -87kg class 😊 .

As expected, the event was professionally hosted once again and full of emotions and vibe. The judges were fair and did well. The media team @risingproductions.at are specialized for those kinda events and excelled in their job. The spotters literally saved some lives and the live stream was stable and skillfully commentated. The food was delish. Free massages by @simone_t_calisthenics added another puzzle piece.

@fitmitpit_ did the gameday coaching for me and calmed me, which enabled me to focus on the competition. @maddy_skyfall documented and together with @linalulusnow cheered the loudest. My wife @kalna_daina had my back at all times as always.

Congratulations to @niklas_019 for deservedly winning the competition by completing a record-breaking squat for the victory by 3kg difference. Big shoutout to @micki.mls , who was a contestant for 1st place but couldn't finish the competition due to an injury. See y'all next year, I hope!

Late Recap of an outstanding lifting event @dcsv_ndm.weighted 🔥

I managed to win the Northern German Open in Streetlifting ( @dcsv_offiziell ) by executing our battle plan by 100% . I scored a Total of 400kg and still had a YOLO 3rd Squat attempt, in which I barely failed 210kg at 84,9kg body weight.

Thanks to @zerorepsinreserve for outstanding game day coaching and @maddy_skyfall for the videos!! The whole event was professionally hosted, there was a friendly and supportive atmosphere and I won a beautiful, hand-crafted trophy.. what could anyone want more?

Muscle-up: 12,5kg , 17,5kg, 20kg (PR)
