POSTS STORIES REELS TAGGED

Today, we had the privilege of hosting a Lunch & Learn at Miami Dade College with the Dental Hygiene classes graduating in 2027 and 2028, as well as upcoming Dental Assisting graduates! 🦷✨

Huberto Briceño, our University Relations Specialist, walked students through how to land their dream job, sharing valuable insights on resumes, interviews, and preparing for the next step in their careers.

I had the opportunity to share my clinical perspective as a dental hygienist at PDS Health, including why I chose PDS over other opportunities, the importance of the mouth-body connection, our latest dental technologies, and the opportunities available within an organization with a presence across the United States.

We were also grateful to have the support of Sofia Endara, our South Florida Regional Manager, and Jonathan Lopez-Rybak, our South Florida Operations Manager, during this event.

There is something truly special about returning to the place where it all started. ❤️ Being able to share my journey, encourage future dental professionals, and represent an organization I am proud to be part of made this experience even more meaningful.

A special thank you to Dr. Moss and @drmendezhealthcareeducation for making this event possible and giving us the opportunity to connect with the next generation of dental professionals!

Always grateful for opportunities to give back, inspire, and represent PDS Health. 🦷💙 @pds_health @pds_sfl by @fabyteeth

What a pleasure to host SFL REGION PDS HEALTH 2026 Symposium💙

I loved recognizing amazing hygienist who are doing an outstanding job creating healthier and happier patients🥳

My @southkendalldentistry family🩷

Our breakout with Dr Cruz, Alyssa RDH and myself!
We talked about being predictive and preventative instead of reactive.

Also, scheduling mapping, how can we better prepare for our patients.

Dr Valdivia was present and gave us multiple insights about MBC.

Hosting with Dr. Vazquez

I have been working for almost 4 years with Dr. Vazquez and I continue to learn from him every single day! What a pleasure it is!

Amazing hygienists, amazing leaders, great talks in our breakout.

Thank you Dr. Valdivia, Paige SRD, Armando SRM and Demi RM for being part of it 🫶🏼

As dental hygienists, our job is to prevent and treat periodontal disease — but our responsibility goes beyond the operatory. 🦷🤍

We have the opportunity to EDUCATE our patients about WHAT periodontal disease is, WHY matters, and HOW it can affect more than just their mouth.

The mouth-body connection is real, and understanding that connection can completely change the way a patient views their oral health.

Every appointment is an opportunity to educate, prevent disease, identify risk, provide treatment, and empower our patients to take control of their health.

Because we’re not just cleaning teeth.

We’re preventing disease. We’re treating disease. We’re educating. And we’re changing lives. 🦷✨

This is why I love what I do. 🥹🦷

Beyond the instruments, the loupes, the scrubs, and the clinical work… there’s an opportunity to serve people, give them a reason to smile, and make a difference in someone’s day.

This Saturday at PDS Health is we serve. 💙

Honored and incredibly grateful to receive this Honorable Mention – Hygiene Office of the Quarter award. 🖤🏆

I couldn’t be prouder of our hygiene team. Working alongside people who truly love what they do, work hard every single day, and genuinely care for their patients is such a blessing. Our patients will always be our priority, and this recognition reflects the passion, dedication, and teamwork we bring to our office every day.

Feeling so thankful to be recognized, but even more thankful for the amazing team I get to work with. Here’s to continuing to make a difference, one patient at a time. 🤍
