Shove day for 26’ Anthony Brooks @a.brooks1223 vs 18u East Cobb Astros. Brooks had 6 solid innings giving up 1 earned run and securing the win! Topping at 87 sitting 85-86 the entire game. Couldn’t be more proud of this group and everything they accomplished this year.

Our FBA 18U National Team finished the season ranked #16 in the country by Perfect Game and #5 in the Florida/Puerto Rico Region (FLPR).

We’ll be honest… #16 still doesn’t feel quite right. This team went out and competed with some of the best teams in the country and picked up wins over two teams ranked inside the national Top 10. We respect the rankings, but we also know what this group is capable of, and we still clearly still have something to prove.

More importantly, watching these young men reach the next step of their journey has been the biggest accomplishment of all. Seeing our guys get into college, continue their education, and have the opportunity to keep playing the game they love is what FBA is all about.

To our 18U players, thank you for trusting us, competing for each other, and representing FBA the right way. We’re proud of what you accomplished on the field, but even more proud of the people you’ve become off of it.

As you move on to the next chapter, remember that FBA will always be home. You’ll always have a family here, and you’ll always have a place here.

Congratulations, boys. You earned it.

#16 Nationally. #5 FLPR.
18U National Team.

And trust us… we’re not done yet. 💛♥️🖤⚾️

End of Summer. ⚾️❤️

Congratulations to my Class of ’26 guys on a phenomenal summer.

Two tournament championships, and we competed in every tournament except one the entire summer:

🏆 WWBA Invitational — Jupiter
🏆 PG Florida World Series

But honestly, the wins and records don’t even tell the whole story.

This video doesn’t capture this summer in its entirety. It doesn’t capture the early mornings, the long bus rides, the tough losses, the celebrations, the laughs, the arguments, the growth, or the moments in between.

What it does capture is a group of guys who became a family.

I couldn’t be more proud of every single player on this roster. You guys broke records, made history, and left your mark:

• Eddie Kennedy — Broke the home run record
• Jack Ewalt — Threw a perfect game
• The entire Class of ’26 — Every player will be on a college roster next season, or, for those who were playing up, back on their high school roster
• The Team — Became a family and created memories that will last a lifetime

And a special thank you to my captains:

• Gabe Sabilona
• Deniel Serrano
• Connor McBratney

It was a pleasure having you guys take the reins and lead this team. You represented this group the right way, and I’m extremely proud of each of you.

And honestly, I’m even more excited for what’s next. Watching you guys take everything you’ve learned and carry it to the next level is going to be the best part.

I love you guys, man. Thank you for making this summer one I’ll never forget. The summer may be over, but this family is forever.

I just want to say thank you to everyone that came out to support our First Annual Wiffle Ball Game for Mental Health in Athletes. It was an amazing turnout and we appreciate everyone who was part of it! This meant a lot to our organization and as we move forward we want to pay special attention to this cause as no one should ever feel alone, always check on those you love, you never know what someone is going through! #LLMW14 We love you Micah and to those who do not feel like they have a voice we hear you. We love you. Keep Going! #mentalhealth

Rickey Parson | OF/2B | Class of 2028

Battled through a tough at-bat against a left-handed pitcher and earned a base hit. Showed a competitive approach, stayed tough with two strikes, and fought off quality pitches until he found the barrel. A great example of not giving away an at-bat and competing to the very end. ⚾🔥

💛More Than a Game. It’s a Cause.❤️
This past year alone, roughly 750,000 lives were lost in the fight against mental health struggles. That number isn’t just a statistic. It represents brothers, sisters, cousins, teammates, friends, and loved ones. For many families connected to our organization, this battle has hit far too close to home.
We refuse to stay silent.
We refuse to stand still.
Our Annual Wiffle Ball Game is our way of putting up a fight, raising awareness, supporting one another, and standing together for mental health in athletes and youth everywhere. Half of all proceeds will go directly toward supporting this cause.
This is about the community.
This is about family.
This is about showing up for each other.
Grab a team. Bring your family. Invite your friends. Come be part of something bigger than baseball, come help us raise awareness and make a difference together. We love you Micah!
