6 Takeaways From A Weekend In Austin TX

1. Most people are crushed or hardened by life’s circumstances. Few people will override that, to influence life itself.

2. Average decisions mean average outcomes. Rare decisions mean rare outcomes.

3. It will take a lifetime to unsuccessfully justify your existence to the wrong people. It only takes moments to successfully be understood by the right people.

4. Our current paradigm is engineered to steal our energy by keeping everyone distracted and depleted.

Our only defense against this paradigm is our principles and our daily rituals around MINDFULNESS, NUTRITION, MOVEMENT, and COMMUNITY.

5. None of your “goals” matter if your first priority isn’t aligning with and sustaining the highest functioning version of YOU.

A structure is only as sturdy as its foundation.

6. A true leader isn’t the fastest, strongest, or even the most talented. A true leader is the one who can inspire everyone to run in the right direction.
