Had a much needed conversation with a close friend of mine about seasonal depression. Brudda gave me tips about how to mend when it creeps up this time of year. Ever since I was diagnosed with it idk how to truly feel about it bc I’ve never heard of it also it sounds hyper specific. Usually this time of year I find myself to be secluded and cut off from the world. But I’ve always felt like alone but NOT lonely. It’ll be the signs that usually tell me how I feel. Letting things get to me when they usually don’t, not gonna get into specifics but I hope you know what I mean. Besides that @liluzivert songs help so much. I know everyone’s that one band, artist, DJ or some type of music outlet that help them think or space when needed. Bros been dropping so much heat recently but then I hear these snippets from accs and I’m like dayum. Reminds me of when I’d be on the bus ride home bumping some of them on SoundCloud. I’m definitely not one to think about my time in highschool bc I liked my HS experience but it’s more of the lil things from back then that remind me of a simpler time. Also @redroomromance is a big inspiration of postin on this acc about how I feel and staying raw. I made this acc as an outlet to just spill my brain & I can’t help to think of her when it comes to that. Well that’s about it. Got my license yesterday morning. So fuckin happy & proud of myself dawg. Honestly wasn’t hard to do but mentally was at the beginning. To sum it up I lost someone close to my heart due to a drunk driver. Ever since then, the thought of driving would fuck with me heavily. But now I understand. Put my fear to the side and think more rationally about things. So happy about having my license bc I actually enjoy driving a lot tbh. by @fadedblackvans

Had a very much needed conversation with a friend at work. Damn near live here with all the OT we’ve been doing lol. I don’t mind it. But earlier this week I cried at work. I was overwhelmed with emotions and more specifically… bad thoughts is probably the best way to put it. And to make it “even better”… I know it was bound to happen at one point but I dropped the barbell while doing incline chest. Luckily I was able to divert it to my waist/thighs. It was weight I was somewhat comfortable about doing without a spotter bc I wasn’t going for a PR but yeah. Luckily there was someone near by to help. Thighs hurt but the thing was that it felt like I wasn’t there mentally. I was thinking about other shit while benching and all I noticed was as my right wrist just went forward like if I was reving a bike and boom shit went down. by @fadedblackvans
