Excited to be going back to Asia! Here is where to find us this fall ☝️🤗 by @fae.dancer
🏆 This year’s experience at the @brazilianzoukworlds was so different and special! *🇧🇷 Português nos comentários! After losing Fae’s mother earlier this year we knew that a “normal” choreography wouldn’t feel right this year. We have abandoned our plan, music choices, choreo ideas and took a different direction. It felt important this year to share the feelings of loss and grief and happy memories reminisced - all blended together into this piece. And even though not everything in the performance went perfect and how we had planned or hoped, we still felt that we have accomplished this main goal, and that’s all we could wish for! The unexpected placement on the Worlds’ podium was a happy and bonus and we are absolutely thrilled with our 5th Place! 🤪🫣 Big shoutout to our coaches @pauloandluizadancers - your help and support means everything and we can’t thank you enough! Thank you @danielauler for the music edit and for putting up with our fifteen thousand requests and adjustments 😇 And thank you @leandrobandidozouk for helping me come up with those fifteen thousand adjustments kkkkk You are what has made this mix perfect! We’re so happy and grateful for our little team! @iago.ninna , @leandroandnayara and @adayl01 - training together, the rhinestoning parties, the support, the love, the conversations… Being in this together changes so much! And look at literally all of us absolutely killing it! So so proud of our group. #brazilianzouk #zoukbrasileiro #zoukworlds2026 by @fae.dancer
A little demo we did for the Tokyo new style hustle community. It was such an honor to be a part of the historic last event that’s been running every week for 12 years and showcase Brazilian Zouk for this amazing scene! Thanks @hustlebreaktokyo for having us 🫶 #brazilianzouk #zoukbrasileiro #zouklambada by @fae.dancer
A few Tokyo memory captures that I’m taking away with me… In my short time here I managed to go through good times and some bad times; get disappointed in people… and then impressed and enamored all over again! I’m leaving here with my heart full of appreciation, hope, and a little soft spot for Japanese culture and people… oh, and food of course! 🤭 by @fae.dancer
🇸🇬 That one time we were working on a choreo challenge on the rooftop of a 50-story building, in Singapore, during the hottest day eveeer! 😜 #singapore #brazilianzouk #zoukbrasileiro by @fae.dancer
Team LABS Borderless in Tokyo was such a cool and unique experience! I can’t even think of anything to compare it to… just wow! 🤯 @teamlabs_ 📍 Tokyo, Japan by @fae.dancer
Zero-Loss Events: The Organizer Course is finally here! This is for anyone who’s tired of pouring everything into their events… and still ending up in the red. Tired of guessing the budget, overpaying for venues, struggling with sales and attendance, and only finding out too late that the event didn’t break even? We created this course because we want to help change that. We’ve spent years running events and have developed a system that ensures they don’t lose money; and we decided it was time to share what actually works instead of keeping it to ourselves. The dance world can only truly thrive and grow if the people organizing the events aren’t constantly in the red. A healthy scene needs a healthy economy. When organizers are sustainable, they can take more risks, book more artists and better venues, invest in their communities, and keep creating dancing and learning opportunities year after year. That’s the only real way this world expands. Most events don’t fail because of lack of care or “bad organizers.” They fail because there was no clear system! This course gives you that system. With this course you get: ✅ 7 full modules ✅ Step-by-step system to organize events from start to finish (contracts, negotiations and organizational strategies) ✅ Every spreadsheet you’ll need (budgets, pricing, schedule template and more) If you’re running, planning, or even thinking about organizing a dance event, start here! Use the link below or comment ORGANIZER and we’ll send you the link with all the details. 👉 https://www.skool.com/zero-loss-events-1151 by @fae.dancer
That awkward moment when you decide to pull your pants up mid-demo, but he decides to exit into a counterbalance at the same time… 😅🤪 Thank you Tokyo zouk community for being so welcoming and treating us so well! ✌️ 👟 @fuego.dance by @fae.dancer
What a magical experience 🤩 This place is surreal! Its lights, and smells, and sounds, and animations - all in one… it makes you feel like you are the art! Where you become part of the experience. Loved Team LABS, Tokyo 🇯🇵 Highly recommend! 👟 @fuego.dance by @fae.dancer
🇻🇳 Ninh Binh is pure magic! I’ve never experienced anything like this before… It genuinely doesn’t feel real or from this planet! by @fae.dancer
🇻🇳 Hanoi is a constant reminder that you cannot judge a book by its cover… it always surprises you and is NEVER what it seems! Old and dingy buildings stand wall-to-wall with gorgeous luxurious architecture. Dark and sketchy alleyways hide cute and modern cafes and restaurants inside. Most importantly, this city comes with beautiful people with such big hearts and so full of love, and curiosity, and eagerness to learn and share! The zouk community in Vietnam is one the most welcoming, kind and loving of every place I’ve been. Thank you Hanoi for always welcoming me with open arms! 🥰 by @fae.dancer
I’m leaving Vietnam with so many memories that I genuinely don’t even know where to start! 🥰 I’ll have to make several posts here to share all the magical, surreal, beautiful impressions I’ve managed to catch while there… So, for this first one I have chosen to share the beauty of nighttime with the temples, night markets, and all the gorgeous lights that Vietnam does so well! 🤩 Stay tuned for more… by @fae.dancer
