'Translation of a hypercube' September 2026
Egg tempera on MDF 37,5X31,8cm

A new direction, a logical evolution 💫

With this work on panel, I move from tangible, sculptural space into the fourth dimension.
Layered in egg tempera, I shape the invisible: an extra added direction. Captured on the surface, balancing on the edge of our perception.

Final check of the colony before winter🍂. The honeybees are preparing for their winter phase, adapting their strategy to hit the ground running in spring 🌱. They remain within the structure, continuing to build upon what already exists whenever conditions allow.

'Breach of symmetry' August 2021
Drywall and honeycombs 21X21X31cm

My work explores the space between geometric order and organic growth. Symmetrical structures become shaped by time, material, and natural processes, gradually moving beyond their original logic. I am draw to the moment when perfection gives way to transformation, where the refined and the raw coexist.
Perhaps beauty is not found in order or disruption alone, but in the tension between them.

The garden as studio. June - July 2026

In summer, my studio expands into the garden.
Here, nature sets the rhythm.
Honeybees build, repair, and transform their environment, guided by the cycles of the sun and the moon.

As continuously alter their structures, they endlessly search for balance.
Despite heat, drought, and countless challenges, their inner drive never stops.

This garden is not a backdrop.
It is a living studio where art and nature grow together.

"Not the artwork itself, but the continuous process of becoming."

Egg tempera on MDF, diptych,
2X60X60cm April- July 2026

From geometric structure to organic growth.

This diptych begins with two geometric solids: the tetrakis hexahedron and the tetrakis octahedron.
Whats starts as a mathematical form gradually evolves into a complex cluster structure through the painting process.
Inspired by my sculpural research into honeybees and honeycomb structures, I explore how order, cooperation, and growth can generate new spatial relationships.
Built up through transparant layers of egg tempera, the work occupies a space between painting and sculpture.

Window 02, 9-keto-trans-2 July 2026

A new chapter in an ongoing exploration of collaboration between human-made structures and natural intelligence.
The form is familiar. The outcome will not be.

Painting with egg tempera is, for me, a slow and manuel process that makes me awere of time. Working with my hands forces me to slow down and to be present in every gesture. In contrast, I experience our digital, technology-driven world as extremely accelerated and often inhuman. The constant feeling of falling behind makes it difficult to remain truly awere.
The physical act of making is also a mental process. Thought emerges through doing, through repetition, attention and doubt. Although Iam deeply fascinated by digital art and its possibilities, I often feel sense of emptiness after that Initial moment of wonder, as if live has been removed from the work. This is not a judgment, but a personal experience.
My work exists within this tension between slowness and acceleration. By consciously choosing craft and time, I try to create space for attention, reflection, and another way of being present in an increasingly fast moving world.
