Some songs I played too many times.
Some I should have skipped sooner.
And some still take me back to places that no longer exist.

There were summers I thought would last forever,
people I thought would always be there,
roads I never imagined taking and versions of myself I almost forgot I had been.

But somehow they are all still here,
