New strength and conditioning center — new leader!
Matt Dorn is Prep Athletics’ new Manager of Athletic Performance — and he arrives with a strong history of helping athletes achieve their best at Penn State, Hobart & William Smith, RPI, and most recently, just across campus at Fairfield University.
National champions. Big Ten champions. Olympians. But what stands out to us is how he talks about care of the athlete — strength and speed, yes, but also sleep, recovery, nutrition, and the confidence a young man carries when he knows his body is ready not just for the game, but for life.
A four-year pitcher and Scholar-Athlete Award winner at Ithaca College, Matt knows what it’s like to be the athlete in the weight room, on the field, and in the classroom.
Welcome to Fairfield Prep, Mr. Dorn. #GoJesuits #PrepPerformance #MenForOthers by @fairfieldprepjesuits
