From the orchard to the barrel, North Carolina apples have quite a story to tell! 🍎
ㅤ
At @fairgamebevco, Lyle Estill and his team turn North Carolina-grown apples into juice, then cider, and finally barrel-aged brandy. It's a great example of a value-added product, taking something grown by our growers and creating something entirely new. 🥃
ㅤ
Value-added products help create new markets for agricultural crops and connect growers with businesses throughout our state.

ㅤ
Better yet, come experience it for yourself! Mark your calendar for October 25 and join Fair Game and @theplantnc for Core Values Apple Fest, where you can taste Fair Game's latest apple brandy release.
