We did not win this one. You did. Nobody needs Mercury in retrograde to tell them they are not ready to buy a home. What they actually need is someone to sit down with them, figure out what kind of buyer they are, and build a plan around that. Because here is the thing, homebuying is surprisingly personal.

The person who wants a move-in ready place with good bones and a porch they can use immediately is a completely different buyer than the one who walks into a dated kitchen and sees nothing but potential. Neither is wrong. They just need different things from the process, and honestly, from their loan. The same logic applies to how you structure your financing. Today was a special day at Fairway’s Madison office as Waylon, a Labrador puppy lovingly raised by our own Alex Grage, officially graduated and began his next chapter as a service dog for a veteran in need.

The celebration was made even more meaningful with the announcement that two additional service dogs will be fully funded in honor of Alex and Sherri, helping two more veterans receive the support, companionship, and independence these incredible dogs provide.

Thank you to Custom Canines, AWI, and everyone involved in changing lives through this program.
