What is Skool?

Think of it like an online clubhouse for golfers who want to get better without taking themselves too seriously.

Fairways Optional Golf Club is where we’ll share tips, challenges, course strategy, wins, disasters, bad decisions, better decisions and plenty of Donny moments.

Inside you’ll find:

⛳ The Clubhouse - connect with like-minded golfers
📉 Lower Scores Fast - simple tips to save shots
🧠 Unhack This Hole - share your strategy and see how others would play it
🏆 Challenges - improve your game and hopefully win some prizes
🍻 Beers in the Clubhouse - online catch-ups with golfers around the world
👑 Board of Honour - earn some street cred with your game

This isn’t about building the perfect swing.

It’s about playing smarter golf, having more fun and turning fewer bad shots into blow-up holes.

Fairways Optional Golf Club launches tonight.

Struggling to read putts? 👀⛳️

I’ve used plumb bobbing for years — and there’s a reason they sometimes call me the Ice Man 🥶😂

Does it actually work? I’ll show you exactly how I use it.

Why I could never be a golf coach… 😂⛳️

Just trying to show Gaudi how to hit a bunker shot.

Nearly showed him how to take a golf club to the face instead. 💀😂

Coaching career over before it started.

Nothing like a relaxing game of 2-Ball Worst Ball after work. 😌⛳️

Snap hooks. Bunkers. Creeks. Stanky legs.

Pure relaxation. 😂

📍 WHERE IS THIS COURSE? ⛳️

Here’s your hint…

This course is about to undergo a major renovation by the same architect who designed this hole. 👀

And this hole? It’s the only one on the entire course that won’t be changing.

Think you know where it is? Drop your guess below 👇

One of the most famous par 3s in Australia. 🇦🇺⛳️

Hogan’s Hole — the 3rd at @naroomagolfclub .

135m to the centre.
110m carry over a CHASM. 😳
Two bunkers waiting short.
And plenty of wind to make club selection interesting.

It’s spectacular, intimidating and very easy to get wrong.

How would you play it? 👇

Want to improve at golf AND get incredibly frustrated? 😂⛳️

Hit 2 balls. Play the worst one. Every. Single. Shot.

It’s brutal, it creates pressure, and making par feels like a birdie.

2-Ball Worst Ball. Give it a crack.

9-hole round coming soon… 👀
