What an honor to teach alongside so many incredibly talented beings! 🥹

⚠️ UGH, so due to an accident, I am still recovering from. I will be having some assistance from another great instructor @sparklenflow_entertainment to help me demonstrate the moves during class. That just means it'll be twice the fun! Hehe! 😅 I can't wait to see you all there!

👯‍♀️ with @fairyflowarts to @skyflowartist super fun choreo from their class at @swhoopcon in Bristol, UK!
🌈🫶🌈
This was the last day, and we were depleted but determined to make this video together for the memories, and I’m so glad we did.

My first SWhoop was everything I could’ve dreamed and more! I have so much I wanna share from this trip. I feel so lucky I got to not only travel abroad, but also be there with my dear friend, Alicia. Can’t believe we only met this January, and so grateful for our immediate connection.
❤️‍🔥
Thank you @hoopingmad for this beautiful and playful space you’ve created for us. Literally bringing folks together from all parts of the globe. I definitely hope to be at SWhoop 2028!

hii, september 10th, is suicide prevention day 💗

& this day hits close to home for me because in 2009, I tried to end my life...time is weird because my mind doesn't process this as so long ago, it's changed the trajectory of my life, & is why I push the way I do and pursue a life that fills me up with joy, because you see, I have to. i'm making this post because i’m really freaking grateful to still be here & because it isn't easy. I am so grateful for God, my family, and the people who have loved me through some really dark times ~
Life has been heavy again lately, and I’ve had to face some of those thoughts in ways I honestly wish I didn’t. Therapy has been important for me, and so has learning how to keep showing up for myself and deepening that love 🙏🥰
•
I really have to thank flow arts for saving me, time & time again alongside my family ♡ & thank you to @bahamahoopyogi
For inspiring to make my version of the same post and share my story. ~ if you ever are curious about picking up a prop please don't hesitate to reach out 🤗 there are weekly jams & monthly events always going on!

Lastly & Importantly 🌺 Please check on your people! Especially the ones who seem strong. You really never know what someone is carrying. 🤍 i love you 🫂

📍@holycow.icecream ~
Such a good night getting to perform & show support for someone I’ve known for a long time ~ Really cool seeing the vision come together, & the food is seriously so good! You can tell there’s a lot of care in the quality, flavor, & everything they’re putting out. 😋
Congrats on the launch & everything ahead for Mobay Jerk Hut!! 🥳

A little appreciation post for my Becca boo 🥹🤍

Whew according to facebook next year makes 10 years of friendship! 😅 & I just keep feeling more & more grateful for our sisterhood. Doing life together, the cafés, the adventures, the highs, the lows, the laughs, the cries, the weird, the messy, the beautiful, and everything in between ~
Especially these last few months, i am so incredibly proud of you! I’ve been feeling extra grateful for you since being back!! My bestie, my girl, my partner in crime 😘 Growing together, dancing through life together, having each other’s backs, & being there for all the different versions of us 👯‍♀️ ~
Love you forever, Becca boo. I am so grateful I get to keep doing life with you! 🫶🏼🫂✨

In honor of the next full moon burn 🌝2MORROW🌝, here’s a throwback to the @grindcityflowarts May Full Moon Burn with @fairyflowarts
🔥🧚‍♀️🫶✨🔥
I had a badass song paired with this before getting a new phone, but the draft saved without music. When this song was suggested, it just really made me smile watching us flow together, and I had to keep it it for the pure vibes and how well it fit.
🥹
Forever grateful for the friends I’ve made just in the past YEAR alone due to this community and my love for a plastic circle!
