📍 June Lake/ Mammoth 🍁🍂🦣

Spontaneous trip and actually got to experience fall in the Sierra Mountains 🍂 Last time I camped here, for the same reason, a snow storm happened, my sister got sick, and a bear ate all of our carne asada 🥴 it was madness I tell you!!

I had a very snuggly time this year 🖤

Throwback to Organ Pipe Cactus National Monument earlier this year 🏜️ The weather is finally cooling down! I can’t wait for more desert hiking/camping trips 🖤

Anyways… Make sure to clean up after yourselves, ya nasties!! Government shutdown ain’t no joke and we gotta do our part to keep our open spaces clean! Even without the shutdown, the endless attacks on public lands is something to be concerned about. Stay informed and be respectful ✌️

📍Pololu Black Sand Beach

My favorite place I visited in the Big Island 🖤 It was only a mile hike round trip and you get to see black sand and a beautiful green valley. 🌿 They told us that there’s an ancient burial ground in this land as well so be respectful if you visit 👍🏼 At the end, they gave us a flower for completing the hike 🌺The drive there from Kona was also well worth it. We even got to see Maui from this side of the island 🏝️
