Every lap was a reminder of why I love this sport. ❤️
Competing in the 1500m at the Senior Games today was such an incredible experience. Running against amazing athletes who inspire me every day is a gift in itself—leaving with a ticket to Nationals is the ultimate icing on the cake. 🥇

Age is truly just a number when you’ve got passion in your lungs and fire in your legs. Ready to put in the work for the big stage! 👟💨 finished with a time of 6:15. I’m very happy with the overall result and to know how it felt to compete on this stage again means the fire has been fueled and I’m ready to put in the work for Nationals.

The hay is in the barn as they say. Tonight was my final shakeout run before my Senior Game events on Saturday. I’ll be competing in the open 1500 and open 800 meter run. Will be my first track and field event since May 1994. I’m pretty excited. Let’s go!!! #trackandfield #shakeoutrun #runnersofinstagram #faithoverfear✝️ by @faith_driven_runner

Enjoyed sitting outside this morning with my coffee doing my Bible devotion and listening to the rain fall. Peaceful.

Then enjoying a great breakfast to start the day. Fall break mode is activated. #fallbreak #breakfasttime by @faith_driven_runner
