Hip pain touches me in a personal way. I’ve dealt with pain in my hips for as far back as I can remember. 🥺
The levels of such pain severity range from annoying discomfort to hardly being able to walk or stand. Hammertoe is a imbalance where there is a contracture (bending) of one or more joints of the second, third, fourth or fifth toe. ⠀ ⠀ 😳 ⠀ ⠀ ⠀
