This kid has decided to play football this year and is loving it ! This week they started practicing in full equipment and of course it’s hot out !! Sports mom tip: apply peppermint down spine and to the back of their neck before heading off to practice to help keep them cool by @faithfullyaligned

Anyone else feel like time is not on our side ?! I mean honestly you blink and your itty bitty is getting ready to go to kindergarten... stop the madness ! I need more than 24 hours in a day, 7 days in a week and definitely more than 18 summers with my babies. But since I haven’t figured out how to slow time down, I am learning how to enjoy it more. Take the busy with the basic, the slow days with the chaotic ones and soak in all the snuggles I can. Living in the moment and trying to be fully present more than not is not easy in the life of social media, texting and running a business on my phone but it’s essential. So let’s enjoy these moments more so we can cherish these memories forever ❤️ by @faithfullyaligned
