On the hard days, keep pushing. When you are still far away from the goal, keep pushing. On the days nobody is clapping for you, and your hardwork goes unseen, keep pushing. Because it is only pressure that turns the rock into diamond. Your becoming is near. You are unstoppable when you pour your heart and soul into something you love. by @faizamoves

It all started with an awkward struggle to lift a 10kg plate. Slowly over last 2.5 years my current PR on the same exercise is a 240kg lift. Progress needs patience and persistence. Accept that you will start with humble beginnings but never forget why you started. Cause there is no race, no finish line, no competition. It’s only you vs. you. It’s all about becoming a better version of yourself. So whatever happens, keep pushing. by @faizamoves
