A small glimpse of my one week training session in Uganda with Chefs @nkuringobwindilodge

A great experience with Chef Peter and team. I was really happy to introduce our Indian and Arabic cuisine to them. The Chefs were very cooperative and was very much eager to know new techniques and methods of our cuisine. Thank you so much Chefs for wondeful days.

Thank you Madam Lydia the owner of the property who invited me for this training. Thank you Mehbob @hikingxplorer for introducing me to them.

Thank you @bertbaguma @mwebaza.martin @a.s.h.i.k_k.m for the videos and photos.

I want to extend my heartfelt thanks to @equityplusevents and @mayoora.we for giving me the opportunity to judge the Biryani Queen competition along with the celebrity Chef @rajkaleshdivakaran ! It was an absolute pleasure to taste the creative dishes and witness the culinary skills of the participants. The passion and dedication shown by each contestant were truly inspiring. Thank you again for the honor and privilege of being part of this event. Looking forward to the next one❤️

They had NO IDEA! 😂❤️

While they thought life was going on as usual… I was secretly planning the biggest surprise! ✈️🤫

The moment they saw me… their faces said it all! 🥹❤️

The shock, the screams, the hugs — definitely a moment I’ll treasure forever. 🫶

Sometimes the best surprises are the ones they never see coming. ✨
