🔥 Behind the Scenes: Argentinian Asado at Virginia Key Beach 🔥

From fire to plate—here’s a look at what went down at last Thursday’s Argentinian-style barbecue for a private corporate event at Virginia Key Beach. Long hours, hot flames, and that perfect slow-cooked asado… this is the work that happens behind the scenes to bring an unforgettable experience to the table.

This is what I love to do—bringing the best of Argentinian cuisine to private events in Miami and beyond.

As always, cooking with @tagwoodbbq 🔥

Provoleta done right is a game-changer. My secret? Let it rest in the fridge for 24 hours before grilling—it helps create that golden, crispy crust while keeping the cheese perfectly gooey inside. 🇦🇷🔥

This Argentinian classic is all about simplicity, technique, and bold flavors. Whether it’s served as a starter or paired with asado, provoleta is guaranteed to steal the show.
