Hey, it’s me. Tomas 👋

I’ve been building ships and somehow that became ShipShaper 🚢

The demo is live now ahead of Steam Next Fest.

No combat. No management. No stress.

Just shaping boats and vibing.

Go build something weird:

Strangers in the night. 🌙

Two ships pass on dark water. No signals. No greetings. Just a brief exchange of cannon fire.

Then they sail on, both pretending it was completely normal.

Multiplayer playtest is live. Link in our bio. ⚓

Set your sails for the right conditions. ⛵

Sail trim in ShipShaper is fully responsive. Choose fighting or storm sails, unfurl studding sails with the wind astern, and adapt to the sea around you.

...or don't

The result speaks for itself. 🌊

Battling through the storm ⚓

Tomas Sala, the solo dev has been working hard to make storms look and feel amazing in ShipShaper, especially for the Multiplayer Combat Playtest.

Rough seas, driving rain, and ships fighting to stay afloat.

Under fire beneath the waves ⚓

This submarine takes fire from a historical sailing ship before the action shifts into design mode, where every hull, system, and detail can be reworked.

Build it. Test it. Tinker until it is exactly how you want it.
