A sinner, looking towards Jesus and His healing hands. Waiting for His blessed return. Ready for this world to pass away.

Gonna take a break from social media again.
I know you’re probably thinking what wrong this time or how long will this last, maybe even thinking - “good riddance.” But I’m here to tell you everything is fine. All is well in fact. I just can only take social media in small doses and I don’t trust the content that pops up on my feed anymore. Some of its political nonsense, sports, advertisements and smut. Shoot, men or women don’t even have to look up smut anymore. It’s practically advertised all over social media. From OF models sharing their handle, to someone posting their new skimpy outfit that shows half their butthole, to private messages that come from a usernames like stacy000451263 or phunmaynow2010 (not real usernames, so don’t go looking it up). There is a growing problem on social media. Companies have no respect for themselves let alone their consumer. This isn’t me judging by the way. This is me making an observation. You can do what you want with your life, but there are consequences for your actions. Whether you believe that or not. No one is perfect, we all fall short of the Glory of God. So if you find yourself in a bind, in a place that seems gross or filthy. Go to Jesus as you are. You don’t have to clean yourself up to go before Him. You don’t have to punish yourself to be forgiven. Jesus took care of that all ready. All you have to do is ask and trust in Him.
Think of this, with all the iniquity in the world that Jesus saw. From the beginning of time to today. He still placed himself on the cross for you and me. He rose again on the third day, and still knowing what was to come. After 40 days of being on earth Jesus left to go create a home, for you. Don’t give up, because Jesus never gave up on you. #jesus #forgiveness #amen #godbless #seeyoulater #photography by @falling_forward_srg

I’m truly blessed to be able to stare in awe of what Jesus has created! To know each one has a name. Placed in its predetermined spot to create order in the universe. A daisy chain of gravity holding us together. #jesus #stars #photography #amaturephotography #iphone15 #canonrebelt7i #edited #beautiful by @falling_forward_srg

I need Jesus in the best of times just as much as I need Him in the worst of times.

Something that I’m still learning. Sounds corny to some, maybe. But the foundational piece to this is: no matter how good or bad things are, I need to rely on Jesus equally and in totality, in every aspect of my life.

I have neglected that for so long. Convicted as I am, scripturally, I have been acting like the waves of the ocean (James 1:6). I understand the premise of this verse is about faith and asking for wisdom—the one who doubts. But I feel that my faith has been lacking as of late. I have been the double-minded man, which has caused instability in my life.

I have lost sight of the truth because I have relied on earthly validation, seeking pride that gets me only self-gratification—gratifying the flesh and not the God who has blessed me.

We rely on our possessions, which robs us of our faith in the One who gave us these things—the One who paved the way. That should not rob someone of the hard work they have put in, but glory to God who gave us the ability to do so.

My strength, no matter how hard I try, is not of my own. I’m just a man, flesh and bone—weak in the flesh, strong in the Spirit of God.

I regret a lot of things in my life. Things that I have done. I can only beg for forgiveness. My only redemption is in Christ.

If that makes me seem weak to others, so be it. But my faith is growing. I’m standing back up. Quitting is what the enemy wants.

I will not lay down the sword that God has given me.

The biggest night in US history, celebrating as a nation. But one monumentous event will always be greater than this night. The day in which Jesus Christ died for you and me. So that we may live with him.

What a night! I can’t express how much I love this country. Even with all its flaws. I’d rather live here in US of A over anywhere else! We are blessed to celebrate this evening. The founding fathers paved a way for us to live freely as we do. Now there is still much more to work on, to continue to build on the foundation our fore fathers created. So that we can be a better nation, a great nation. That serves the people and is United as one. God bless our COUNTRY, GOD BLESS OUR TROOPS! NOW CITIZENS! ENJOY! YOUR! FREEDOOOOOOM!!!! #jesus #usa #4thofjuly #fireworks # by @falling_forward_srg

Nothing better than good ole rodeo! Horses, Cattle, barrel racing, ropin. It’s good to see the way of the cowboy is still alive and boomin. The old ways will always triumph over the modern world. Except dysentery, they can keep that 🤣! All in all, great night and one hell of an experience. #rodeo #idaho #cowboy by @falling_forward_srg
