🚁 Built. Tuned. Flown. Crashed. Rebuilt. Repeat.

This is my custom 5-inch freestyle FPV drone — the machine behind the flight clips I’ve been posting.

As a DGCA-approved drone pilot, building my own drones helps me understand what really happens in the air —
from power delivery to vibration control to PID tuning.

Every component affects how the drone feels when flying.

What motor size do you prefer for a 5-inch freestyle build — 2207 or 2306?

Foggy FPV footage? 🌫️🎥

My DJI Osmo Nano kept fogging up when moving from AC to hot, humid air. My fix? Remove the protective lens cover, let both parts acclimate separately for 5 minutes, then refit and fly.

A simple real-world fix for clearer FPV footage. 🚁

I was doing some freestyle with my @hglrcfpv draknight 2 inch analog toothpick drone and had a "incident" with 2 white birds who decided to pass very close to me and then i turned around over one of them,it was certainly a surprising occurrence ,there is no dull day when you go out to fly a drone.

Big quad energy in a micro package. Pushing the Draknight 2-inch analog through powerloops and locked-in inverted yaw spins. Rate this line from 1-10! 👇
Save this reel if you love micro freestyle! Sending the Draknight 2-inch into a full send.

Why risk breaking props when you can simulate it perfectly? 💥🚫

I connected my physical INAV flight controller and ELRS receiver directly to X-Plane 11 using the HITL plugin. The game thinks it’s flying, but my actual hardware on the desk is doing all the heavy lifting! Armed the board, tossed the virtual wing to trigger the INAV autolaunch kick, and took control with my RadioMaster Pocket. 🎮✈️

The control link is incredibly locked in. If you fly INAV, you need this setup!
