God kept His promise to me. 🥹

If you ever prayed for me or supported me in any way leading up to this moment THANK YOU! I worked sooooooo hard for this. After 10 years of waiting and wondering if it would ever happen for me (I had EVERY odd stacked against me) God presented it to me wrapped in a big, pretty red bow; not when I wanted it, but when I was ready for it.

All it takes is one YES!

I have over 50 rejection letters from libraries & bookstores about placing I AM THE PRIZE on their shelves or even doing an event at their store. This journey is not always rainbows & roses for me but I don’t waste time crying about the “NO’s.” My only focus is how can I be better to get the YES that I deserve!

That one YES Came from

-My book is in such high demand I'm in every barnes & noble location in Miami
-I was the FIRST Author to have an event since Covid.
-I’m the youngest bestselling author with @livelimitlessmedia

5 years of being loc’d was a beautiful self love journey that I believe every woman should experience but a new era of Fancy is loading 💓. 2025 feels like a love letter to my younger self & I can’t let her down.

Today in front of my kids, family & friends I took my oath of professionalism as a law student . @iamtheprizeinc is proud to partner with the family of the late detective Lonnie Miller Sr. ( known to many in Jacksonville by Lonnie Miller Park) to support a high school senior who has experienced the tragic loss of a parent due to gun violence. We are awarding a $500 scholarship to be used toward books for Fall 2025.
