“What is man, that thou art mindful of him?” (Psalm 8:4)I still can’t believe that the same place I came to as a 15-year-old girl to learn, grow, and sit as a student of the Kingdom would one day become the very stage I would stand on to teach.I remember attending this conference and being completely captivated by Dr. Myles Munroe. The way he taught the Kingdom was unlike anything I had ever heard. Every word that came from his mouth carried such revelation that I never wanted to leave my seat. But even more impactful than his teaching was his character. He lived what he preached. He loved people well, walked in humility, and intentionally invested in raising other leaders. I have never met anyone quite like him since.As I stood on that Alter, I couldn’t help but think, How did I get here?I’m reminded that God doesn’t call the qualified, He qualifies the called.I know now that God is calling , and I gladly accept God’s will for my life. I often wonder what Dr. Munroe would be saying if he were here today. My prayer is simply that I would honor the legacy he left by faithfully completing the King’s assignment and making an eternal impact.What made this moment even more special was having the opportunity to speak alongside my parents. I know there were nights they prayed extra hard for me, wondering if I would ever reach this place, not the place of speaking on a large platform, but the place where I would fully surrender my life to Christ and allow Him to use me completely.To every parent believing God for your children: keep praying. The seeds you have planted are not in vain. No matter what things look like today, God is faithful to finish what He started. I am living proof that those prayers produce fruit.Thank you to the senior leaders Dr. Dave & Pas. Angi , for believing in me and entrusting me to speak on such a world-renowned platform. It is an honor I don’t take lightly. Thank you for seeing something in me, for watching me grow, and for continuing to inspire me through your leadership and example.With deep gratitude, I guess I can officially check “international speaker” off my bingo card lol. I had the front shortened to create a high-low look and had the waist taken in because the dress was originally too big for me.At the event, a girl complimented me and said my outfit looked expensive. I was truly blessed when God was passing out brothers cause I got some of the best for sure.
