When I was fasting from social media
Mom & I took a day trip to Biloxi.
She likes the casino.
It gives me anxiety…
But I’m her lil travel buddy so there I was.
Here’s a lil recap since today’s her bday.
Happy birthday mommy 💝😘 taken in Beau Rivage Resort & Casino by @fancyyymonroe

ManCon was more than a gathering. It was a space for men to have faith conversations, talk about life, build relationships, and encourage one another along the way.

There’s power in having a space to be real, connect, and grow together. 🤝🏽

Drop a 🔥 if you believe these conversations matter!

There’s something special about worshiping together. 🙌🏽

Different stories. Different backgrounds. Different generations.

But one God. One sound. One heart of worship. 🔥

Drop a 🙌🏽 if you know He’s always worthy!

One week ago, we were preparing Trilith LIVE for everyone who would walk through those doors. 💕

We truly couldn’t have done it without our incredible team and leaders who made huge sacrifices to build with us in a way that would honor God.

We’re still reflecting on all that God did during CityCon, and our hearts are so full of gratitude. 🙏🏽

We believe what happened in that room is still living on in our lives, our families, and in every person who was there and was touched by God.

What’s one thing you’re still carrying with you from CityCon? Tell us below.

Sometimes healing comes in the form of transformation through submission.

As a transformed workaholic/overachiever, God had to sit me down to help me process some things that have taken place in my life over the last decade.

I found myself in a place of settling instead of surrender.

It’s not to sound poetic.
It’s to call out the enemy disguised as everything sent to dim your light, to shrink you, to have you to think that it is OK for you to settle into that place that does not have the capacity to endure all that God has for you.

Sometimes when we’re called to be still in a season, it’s not a state of paralysis. It is metamorphosis. Your transformation is taking place.

Stillness is a place of rest during a transformation. Don’t get too comfortable though, this place is to be like a caterpillar in its chrysalis. Remember to spread your wings, you will have to shake violently to step into who God is calling you to be and shed the former version of yourself.

Get ready for the shaking!!

Chains are falling off and wings are spreading in this season.

I challenge you to shake something up and spread your wings.

Leg days remind me that God’s grace is so sufficient!!
Imma have to put in serious work for these gains.

It seems like since I’m such a giving person, everything I want requires the exact amount of effort it takes for me to value my portion like it’s sacred and beyond.

Because it is!!

All of God’s children have an inheritance of sacred portions.
Without a process we are subject to freely giving away the blessings that God has just for us.

My process for these gains will help me withstand temptation when the woman I’m becoming starts attracting the man my former self would undoubtedly have given into.

Whewww 😮‍💨

“You did not put in on this boo!!”
😆
“Unhand me you son of Delilah!!”
😆
“The Lord rebuke you!!”
💯

Strong legs ladies, so you can kick them dusties disguised as daddy to the curb.🦵🏿🦵🏿

Cardio that doesn’t work against your gains anyone???

Row & stair cardio days started in 2024 after a Vegas trip, a client posted videos of me from the trip and I was surprised by how big my fibroid belly had grown.

I wanted to lose weight asap when I got back to Atlanta, but more so, I wanted to do some body recomp. Bc I wanted to keep the weight but reshape it a little.

I’m an all the way in or an all the way out type of princess, so my journey was 500 rows and 1 thousand stairs every day.
I didn’t have a number of days I wanted to achieve when I started November of ‘24, but by March 2026 I had already done over 1 hundred thousand stairs and over 50 thousand rows.

FF ⏩ to now, this is still my cardio routine.
However, I’m building muscle mass again so once a week on this cardio routine for now.

Yeah, so now can somebody show me how to make $1k every day for 100 days straight?!?! Links in bio. Let’s collab. by @fancyyymonroe
