HYPE: #Sonic 3 looks great but OH MY GOD KEANU REEVES AS SHADOW… 😍🤌🏽!!!

*We have our first look at the third instalment in the live action Sonic film franchise and it’s hitting all the vibes I was expecting and MORE! Keanu Reeves was long thought to be a rumour casting for Shadow but I am so happy he was cast and even the small snippet we hear of his voice is beautiful! The overall all vibe and tone is consistent with the previous two films but clearly the stakes are MUCH higher and considering we’re gonna see Shadow experience some heavy loss in his life, it’s going to be a wild time for Team Sonic to step up. Also we got Jim Carrey back as Dr. Robotnik aka DR. EGGMAN and even playing his OWN DAD LOL… sure why not Jim is a goat and we have him acting fantastically bring it on 😂🙌🏽!!!

*All in all this was an amazing trailer and I’m there day one to watch this incredible event film especially for us Sonic fans that grew up obsessed with Shadow and get to see him thrive on the biggest scale!!! (Also some very cool unique anime references from the obvious AKIRA slide to some deep cut Dragon Ball Z references and JUNKIE XL DOING THE SCORE 😮‍💨🤌🏽 as well the effects are top notch once again everyone looks great!!)

HYPE: The trailer for #LordOfTheRings The War of the Rohirrim is BEAUTIFUL AND EPIC 😍🤯!!

*Our first amazing look at the latest epic adventure to be told in the world of Middle Earth is here and my god… THE ART STYLE, THE ANIMATION, THE SCOPE, THE SCALE, THE SCORE, THE BAD ASS CHARACTERS, THE GORGEOUS SCENERY… The Lord of the Rings franchise continues to thrive and after the fantastic first season of The Rings of Power, with the epic second season set to drop on Aug 29th, it never ceases to amaze me at how fresh the LOTR franchise keeps itself and telling a great prequel story about a wild battle in what will come to be known as HELMS DEEP IS TOO GOOD!!!

*The animation looks really cool and I can’t wait to see the full scale of the film in IMAX as well like YES bring it on I’ve been waiting since the Hobbit trilogy wrapped up to experience some new stories in Middle Earth on the big screen and THE WAR OF THE ROHIRRIM is hopefully blessing that especially with such a great first look reveal! The teasing is working and I CANT WAIT to see this film come Christmas later this year! Until then I’ll sit back and enjoy The Rings of Power Season 2 on Prome

HYPE: Inject this Norse mythology Snyder anime EPICNESS INTO MY VEINS 😮‍💨🤌🏽!! #TwilightOfTheGods

*Lord have mercy on us all Zack Snyder is crushing 2024 with some of the most adult banger stories we aren’t finding anywhere else with his unique style and vision! Twilight of the Gods is a Norse mythology based revenge tale anime set to release in September 19th and I AM HYPED! Not only is The Penguin releasing on that day, but I’m also watching Hans Zimmer live AND I get this PEAK Snyder content oh boy we’re eating GOOD 🤤!!

*Speaking of @hanszimmer he is also doing the GODLY score for this adventure series and you can feel that classic Hans intensity and I’m here for it all! We have the blood, the sex (beautiful intimacy in animation is always cool imo), the gore, the DRAGONS, THE GODS, THE ACTION, THE EPIC SNYDER SAUCE (also the epic Jay Oliva sauce as he’s the GOAT behind some of DC most legendary all time classic animated films and storyboard genius for the Snyderverse masterpiece films and the banger Trese anime on Netflix)!!

*This teaser isn’t even the full reveal and I’m already obsessed with everything I’m seeing! The voice acting is great but my god the scope and scale and THE ANIMATION… total Samurai Jack vibes and I LOVE IT!!! After all the Rebel Moon greatness in 2024, I’m so happy we have Zack flexing with Jay Oliva and others as part of this cool new animated series I hope we get a lot more of it as the style is so unique it’d be a shame if this was it. The god action vibes are unreal Thor, Loki and more… y’all aren’t ready for this one SEPT 19th ⚡️⚡️⚡️

HYPE: #LordOfTheRings The Rings of Power S2 trailer looks EPIC AND INSANE 😳🤯!!

*As a big fan of the first season and the potential of everything that was presented, season two looks to be equally as beautiful and breathtaking from the visuals to the costumes, music and action, but also the scope and weight of the events now that Sauron has been revealed is taking the series to even higher heights! What an epic trailer!!

*Too many are in their own way in my view in regard to giving the show it’s fair shot at being what it’s trying to be. It’s a love letter to LOTR films but equally to J. R. R. Tolkien legendary work which includes appendices that are barely close to anything in his full books. A lot of harsh opinions were throw at S1 and I am NOT here to argue or dispute anyone’s feelings valid or not, overly negative or just judging it against other works. I saw what the creators were going for and my bar for enjoyment is my own. Truthfully many of ROP fans can see the through line and just want to enjoy the ride! I’m open to the improvements I’m certain aspects the creators promised to continue to work on. As somewhat of an artist myself (need to maintain my focus better lol), I can understand that this is the BIGGEST opportunity and having folks go hard on them can help but also with due respect and intent matters too. Hopefully like the amazing GoT creators, they hold fast on their vision and execute what they want… the rest we see as it comes and I’m ready to experience more middle earth stories and wonders! Let’s all be fans and leave off the critic hats and watch the events unfold lots to enjoy 😁!

(Hearing @bearmccreary score is again EPIC and last thoughts on the trailer, Sauron is looking EVIL and beautifully devious and I can’t wait to see our heroes reactions to his actions especially with the formation of the Rings of Power this season 😮‍💨🤌🏽… AUGUST 29th)!!

HYPE: HBO has a BANGER slate for us from fall 2024 to 2025 🤯😮‍💨🤌🏽!!!

*Of course ahead of tonight’s EPIC finale for House of the Dragon Season 2 we have some amazing first looks at some familiar shows returning and MANY NEW ones!

*First up is THE PENGUIN the amazing spin off from @mattreevesla BATMAN epic crime saga comes the story of post The Batman, as Oz rises to power at a time when Gotham’s criminal underworld is desperate to pick up the pieces after the death and exposing of Carmine Falcone.

*Then we have the beautifully wild DUNE PROPHECY show set a few hundred years before the DUNE films story of Paul Attredies comes a tale of the weird and manipulative Bene Gesserit who change and mold the very essence of the known universe!

*We have the White Lotus though I’ve yet to watch it and some others again I haven’t seen YET! But also WELCOME TO DERRY the IT prequel series which I’ve heard from people involved is going to be GOOD and WILD!

*Now we even got the teaser for THE LAST OF US season 2 which I’m shocked they made this much progress but got damn if you played the game… IT GETS INTENSE 🫣

*Finally the tiniest of teases for the next Game of Thrones epic prequel spin-off is the tale of DUNK & EGG, A Knigt of the Seven Kingdoms which they filmed super fast and I CANNOT WAIT! Something fun and lowkey but also still has stakes within the world of GoT I’m so excited for this mini series and for Ser Duncan the Tall and wee little Aegon Targaryen!

*Bless us good HBO we’re ready 😎 and bring on this HOTD S2 FINALE!!

HYPE: #RebelMoon The Director’s Cuts are OUT NOW FULLY UNLEASHED 😌🤌🏽🤌🏽!!

*Happy REBEL MOON DAY everyone…

*All 6 hours and 17 minutes FULL ON RATED R GLORY not for the faint of heart I’m afraid as this is PEAK ADULT sci-fi and fantasy EPICNESS on display that’s Zack Snyder’s thirty year life long dream come true for a deconstructive take on the genres we all love and have grown up with in various ways!

*Be fair and open minded as these are the original intended versions for this idea and we can talk forever about why PG13 first not this blah blah blah but the bottom line is what’s done is done and we’ll see if they do it again for Part 3 and 4 (I imagine if Netflix truly found the PG13s a success alongside the Rated Rs then they probably will do it again)! Let’s all focus our energy as being FANS of what we are actually fans of. There’s too much noise these days. Cut through the nonsense and let’s try to enjoy things as they are not as we think we need them to be. Artists gotta cook and Zack Snyder is a true visionary who whenever it’s HIS cuts and full visions, ALWAYS DELIVERS and by god has he unleashed a true EPIC with REBEL MOON!

Enjoy the vision folks I’ll have my deeper thoughts after I’ve experienced the greatness in its entirety 😁

HYPE: #RebelMoon The Director’s Cuts out TOMORROW 🤤😮‍💨🤌🏽!!

*Peak fiction returns from one of the most visionary legendary filmmakers working today, ZACK SNYDER!

*One more day till the release of the long awaited and highly anticipated DIRECTORS CUTS of Rebel Moon, all 6 hours and 17mins across two massive and insane films RATED FULL R TO THE MAX!!

*Forget what you think you know, and be ready to embrace these visions for Zack Snyder’s thirty year long dream come finally true as he got to make the very idea he had written and thought of for decades in its entirety!

*The narrative podcast: The Seneschal is also out on audio streaming platforms and it’s very clear that Zack Snyder’s adult vision for a sci-fi/fantasy deconstructive love letter to the genres is echoing something a lot of people yearn for all these years… and SOON it’s going to be fully unleashed and I need every second of it in my SOUL.

*The amount of lore and care that’s going to be in these directors cuts is legit insane and many won’t even catch everything (I gotchu 😉😎)! Also an even grander cast and wide variety of cool characters… like we’re in for a such a TREAT y’all have no idea!!

HYPE: #RebelMoon THE DIRECTOR’S CUTS… OUT IN TWO DAYS 😌😮‍💨🤌🏽

*Rebel Moon Chapter One: Chalice of Blood
*Rebel Moon Chapter Two: A Child of Forgiveness

*Zack Snyder’s long awaited Rated R, 6 hours and 17 minutes long saga across two EPIC films/chapters is only two short days away… and I couldn’t be anymore excited! I have a bit of a busy long weekend ahead so I will definitely try my best to watch both parts asap but the very fact it’ll be unleashed for all (hopefully level headed takes this time around lol), is cool!

*The action and scope and scale will be unlike anything you fully got in the PG13 cuts and as Zack makes the rounds for interviews, we get more and more details about the directors cuts! For example it looks like he legit did have to tone down the film SOMEHOW from an NC-17 rated to R! Yes before some thoughts pass your minds, Netflix has had NC-17 films before (Blonde with Ana De Armas as Marilyn Monroe), but also remember that certain films can only me pushed and marketed so far even on a streaming service where seemingly they have all the control. Not everything is black and white 🤷‍♂️

*End of the day I’m happy for Zack as he celebrates over 20 years of being a filmmaker in LA with his older classics being screened for some lucky folk as well as Zack Snyder’s Justice League Justice is Grey tomorrow and then REBEL MOON THE DIRECTORS CUTS on Saturday plus we’ll have a Q&A so I’ll be sure to get us as many deets as possible!

*The wait is almost over TWO DAYS TILL EPIC, ADULT, ORIGINAL SCI-FI/FANTASY with that special Snyder sauce of deconstructive and reconstructive to make this material elevated to even higher heights and he has cooked two masterpieces for us… 👨🏽‍🍳 (also stay tuned for a bad ass cameo by a MMA FIGHTING LEGEND OF THE MODERN AGE 🤐)

HYPE: #RebelMoon THE DIRECTOR’S CUTS… OUT IN THREE DAYS 😁😮‍💨🤌🏽

*Rebel Moon Chapter One: Chalice of Blood
*Rebel Moon Chapter Two: A Child of Forgiveness

*I couldn’t be any more excited for these two masterful films to finally be unleashed to the world at their most peak powers, RATED R AND OVER 6 HOURS AND 17 MINS TOTAL!! We are in for a treat and I’m hyped and ready to experience everything I’ve read and have been pumped about all these years waiting for Zack Snyder’s true vision for his sci-fi/fantasy deconstructive love letter to his and even some of my fav genres of all time!

*I’m hoping more people can be open minded this time around unlike the over exaggerating nonsensical hate the PG13 cuts got, I won’t hold my breath lol… when it comes to Zack Snyder people get way too invested in nitpicking his art yet the moment it’s asked of people to bring that energy to the storytellers they love the conversation changes gears big time (makes you wonder doesn’t it…). But hey at the end of the day I’m sure the people fans of Snyder at the highest levels or just casuals, will understand the vision here is a true one and not something to appease a studio ask like the PG13s were (again many like myself saw them for what they were and took enjoyment at the most from them because we know the Rated R ones are the OGs and are coming anyway). People can simply ask online to tapped in sane fans and see posts like this one and figure out the situation that brought us here… 🤷‍♂️

*Either way folks let’s all get excited as we were when REBEL MOON first got announced and be open to the original versions here it’s a true dawn of a new age for this franchise and we got a lot more madness awaiting this weekend and BEYOND (also check out The Seneschal podcast series about the origin of the JIMMYS that is canon to the films)!!

HYPE: #RebelMoon The Seneschal EP 1 is out now on all podcast streaming platforms 😁🤌🏽

*The origins of the Jimmys is finally here and from what I’ve gathered from members of the Rebel Moon army online it seems like it’s going hard on the lore and adult themes as intended by Zack Snyder when he set out to finally make his vision for an original sci-fi fantasy deconstructive love letter to his favourite works and artists with REBEL MOON (the directors cuts are exactly that)!

*With the EPIC 6 HOUR PLUS, RATED R Directors Cuts set for release THIS FIRDAY… I can’t wait to dive into even more amazing lore established for this unique and interesting universe Zack Snyder and his team have created! From the House of the Bloodaxe comics, to the art books, and even the novelizations of the directors cuts (with book only lore approved by Zack as well so definitely check them out), the Rebel Moon universe has a lot of depth and weight once you engage and analyze with what is there and not in your own minds made up of thoughts strictly off PG13 cuts. Trust me when I say start fresh from this point and see how much more insane and wildly cool this new universe truly is!

*August 2nd Rebel Moon gets unleashed at its PEAK… but till then enjoy and check out this extra hardcore podcast narrative about the two minds who created the JIMMYs in the first place and this storyline may have implications about the FUTURE of the JIMMYs as well 🙃

THE SENESCHAL EPISODE 1 out NOW on Spotify and Apple Podcasts and more!!

HYPE: Yes @robertdowneyjr is playing #DOCTORDOOM in the MCU… 🤯😱🤯

*Marvel won comic con and it isn’t even a competition… lol

*I know we’ve had some rocky years with the MCU and this news might not necessarily correct their mistakes (some may even argue it further cements the MCU downward spiral as it shows desperation in these “troubling times” for them), but I for one could not be anymore EXCITED THAN I AM NOW FOR THE MCU!

*Firstly I’m finally watching #DeadpoolAndWolverine tonight and I can’t wait to have 24 years of being a fan of Fox’s X-MEN films (plenty of missteps there as well but a lot of greatness regardless of who sadly was involved in the making of them), be celebrated in the most epic crossover we’ve all dreamt of for years!!!

*Now the Russo’s coming back for both Avengers: Doomsday and Secret Wars is exciting even though they haven’t had the best track record post Endgame (fine filmmakers but need to challenge themselves here). I trust they’ll craft two amazing Avengers films, but ROBERT DOWNEY JR. AS VICTOR VON DOOM IS INSANE AND I AM HYPED!!! I don’t really care for all the madness online of “Marvel is cash grabbing” like it’s RDJ as a Doom variant during a MULTIVERSE ARC and y’all are MAD LOL?! Enjoy the ride the MCU has been a theme park filled with quality at times and lameness at times. This could be amazing or the usual MCU stuff. Either way I’m ready to be entertained and imagine in Secret Wars which Marvel legends get brought in: TOBEY, HUGH, ANDREW, BOTH XAVIERS AND MAGNETOS!!! Also wait till MCU Peter Parker sees the unmasked Doom of the Multiverse… “MR. STARK? *BOOM PUNCH TO THE GUT* I AM DOOM”!!! I’m riding the hype train for now but THANK GOD for this announcement it amped up my excitement for the MCU (please deliver lol 🤞🏽)…

HYPE: #LordOfTheRings The Rings of Power S2 Comic-Con trailer is 🤯😭🤌🏽!!

*This trailer is beautiful and fully EPIC…

*Just prefacing my thoughts now, I get many had opinions harsh or valid to each their own, about the “writing” and other technical things in the making of Season One. Cool feel how you want but I just don’t get stimulated or feel like talking about that topic. Like sure we can chat about it if anyone genuinely cares but I’m of the mindset that everything even the things we love may have weaknesses (or don’t and that’s OKAY), but todays day and age we talk less about what is ACTUALLY THERE and more about things that we wanted or could’ve been. Focus on the material regardless of anything, what’s there is there that won’t change. Enjoy it or don’t 🙂

*NOW THE TRAILER my goodness is it showcasing so many amazing vibes this season! Sauron is in full swing influencing many a being as now Galadriel has exposed his secret but will the lands of elves and men and other entities rally and fight that battles against evil without being tempted by the powers of the rings?

*I’m very excited to see how our heroes will fair against the forces of Sauron on his rise to power with the creation of the rings of power and the ultimate ONE RING looming. The shots and battles in this season once again look breathtaking and EPIC just like Tolkiens work and yes I’m one of the fans that will attest to the quality of the shows storytelling isn’t some crime against humanity like some extra weird folks have declared lol. The show has weak moments but I can sense the improvements and hope with the 5 season arc they have planned, every season adds to the last and gets better and better! I’m here for all the storylines and EPIC Middle Earth action and characters! Also we’re getting ENTS AND ENTWIVES finally and so much more (Sauron in his many beautifully evil forms too)

August 29th 🫡🤌🏽
