This month is about to end soon so I need to bring awareness to PMOS (used to be called PCOS) They changed the name because the last name wasn't being what it really was. I was diagnosed back in September of last year. I went in because I had concerns if I may have it... thank goodness I went cuz a day after my bloodwork on the 8th, it was positive. Then got an ultrasound on the 18th to get checked for cysts and didn't have any. I had symptoms for a very long time, but never expected this.

Months later since my diagnosis... I experienced a lot of fatigue, headaches, feelings of depression, being wired-tired and more anxiety than usual. I also was discovering what supplements would help, how to eat better and what to avoid so I wouldn't get flare-ups.

Now a year of having it, I feel better overall... taking the right supplements, eating healthier foods, and finding ways to manage symptoms daily. I still deal with the wired but tired feeling, times for having little to no energy and irregular/missed periods, but I’m so much better than I was last year. Still can't get a specialized doctor to keep track of my PMOS tho, but hopefully soon or next year, I'll find one.

To every woman that's dealing with this and/or new to having PMOS... just do research, find what works for you including supplements/ medications, get checked regularly by a doctor or endocrinologist and find ways to manage any symptoms you may be experiencing. But know that everything will be okay... you may get depressed or struggle with anxiety or think there's no way to handle this... but there's a light at the end of the tunnel. You will make it through... I was in a dark place and I made it through… learned to love myself/my life even with PMOS.. not letting it define who I am or get in the way of living my best life.

HAPPY BIRTHDAY TO MY IDOL, YUNGBLUD!!!🎂🎉🖤

I got the chance to see him live for the first time back in June and it was the best concert I ever been to.🥹 I literally cried when he ended the show with zombie… the song that I discovered him through. I wanna go back and relive that night!!😩 Hopefully next year he comes back to Atlanta or visits Savannah. I’m also hoping he has a speedy, safe recovery in October for his tonsillitis surgery. I’ll be praying for you Dom!🙏🏻 I was able to wear my shirt today!🤭

He ended the show with my fav song that started my love for him.🖤 I cried a bit afterwards being grateful that I discovered him and having the best parents that love me and him the way we are. Thank you mom and dad for giving me a chance to see him in concert this year. A core memory for me for sure. Love y’all!❤️

He sang changes in honor of Ozzy Osbourne😭🕊️ he hit some pretty good notes… I was shocked in a good way. He definitely needed a couple days break before this. He seems to be feeling better. I’m glad his mental health is better.

Here is my fav singer live in Chicago! I watched this with my mom and dad. Even tho he got cut by a camera, he continued to perform brilliantly. I was reliving the night when I saw him for the first time back in June. I hope he comes back to Atlanta next year or when he announces a tour again. If he ever comes to Savannah that would be even better.

I was doing a bond quest for the character, Chaos in this game and I saw how he walked. It made me laugh so much and thought of this song.🤣I had to make a vid about it cuz I don’t think anyone has done it yet. This is too good not to share.😂

New NTE character!

After completing the 999 event story and pulling 3-4 times I got her!😆I already had the
student outfit, but didn’t have her until now. I took a break from Genshin to complete the story quest of NTE. She’s easily one of my favs alomgside Chaos.🥰

The banner literally just came out less than 5 hours ago and I got her first try!! I’m so freaking happy!😆 I had watery eyes since I still couldn’t believe it. She is one of my favorite characters in the game. I also got Wriothesley first try on the last banner.

HAPPY BIRTHDAY TO YUNGBLUD’S IDOLS!!🖤 Here are some of my fav pics from the era!📷

The best album I ever heard! I discovered him through Zombie. My other fav artist is Billie Eilish, but when I saw TikTok’s of the Zombie music video… I went down a rabbit hole and became a fan. He became my idol and inspired me to try out singing and playing guitar at some point. Last Saturday I was able to see him for the first time after being surprised by my parents that I was going on Christmas. I was so excited and couldn’t wait to go. Now I went and I want to go back😩 his show was the first ever concert I cried at cuz I didn’t want that night to end. If he comes back to do another show that I can go to, I’ll definitely be there no hesitation.

Idols is my comfort album and there is not a single song I dislike. I love every single one, but Zombie will always be my favorite. Thank you, Dom for being yourself and not just being an inspiration to others, but a voice that stands up for what’s right and not letting hatred get to people from living their life and not being ashamed of who they are regardless of what their life is or issues they might have. There is not enough words to say how much we love and appreciate you. This is what #blackheartsclub is about… love regardless of race, religion and struggles that anyone faced or will face.
