🎙️PODCAST INTERVIEW 🎙️

When you get asked to be interviewed by the leading film industry podcast in Scandinavia as the first international guest from outside Sweden, you say yes, right?

This is the longest podcast I’ve ever done and I don’t know if I should be flattered or horrified by the fact that the incredible host and a friend of mine, @simonkolle , didn’t even shorten the conversation that much.

However, thank you for letting me talk about the things I’m fascinated by: leadership, growth and creativity in addition to the most obvious, Film Tampere.

The conversation was not rehearsed so there’s a lot of stuff, I speak fast and some of the insights I could’ve delivered in a more simple way. Bear with me. Hope this gives insights, inspiration and perspective.

🇫🇷🤝

Random notes:

Unplanned meetings can turn out to be the best meetings
I saw the tiniest gym weights ever

The sea reminds me of my dear friend Elena

There’s a time and place for uncomfortable questions but MIPCOM is not the place for that (even though I pushed it a little bit)

Omg how much we have (digital) noise and nonsense in our daily lives. Seriously considering to leaving social media. Not sure what sign I’m waiting for.

The showbusiness seems to be in a state where everybody’s so busy hustlibg and aggressively waiting at the same time. Such a strange energy. taken in Cannes, France by @fannyheinonen

Thank you, my love Joonas, for having fun with me exactly like this! ⚡️Yesterday we threw ourselves into the challenging Spartan Race Open in Lahti. Located in Southern Finland, Lahti is part of the Salpausselkä UNESCO Global Geopark, known for its stunning terrain — and it really is. We also got lucky with the race weather.

The race well, and I was left pretty hungry for more. Looking back, there was definitely some more to squeeze out. Then again, I probably wouldn’t feel this fresh this morning if I’d forgotten all about pacing yesterday, haha.

Swimming in cold waves
Dodging barbed wire in the mud
Climbing over vertical walls
Running down the landing slope of the HS100 ski jump
Balancing up high

What wouldn’t I do with you.

Definitely not our last time!

Thank you for the photos, the support and the first-class coffee, Kimia @brewedtobewild / @kahiwacoffeeroasters ❤️ @spartanfinland by @fannyheinonen

If I had to bring a foreigner to one music festival in Finland, it would be Pori Jazz.
