It started with something so simple…

A little girl following Dad around, copying every movement.

Walking lunges.
A little jog.
Butt kicks.
High knees.

She thinks we’re just playing.

But I know I’m teaching her something bigger…

To move.
To be confident.
To be disciplined.
To believe in herself.

She may not remember every exercise…

But I hope she remembers how much fun we had doing it together. ❤️

One day, she’ll look back at these videos and realize…

Dad was building more than fitness.

He was building memories. 🥹❤️
