Every bike starts with an idea, but the idea only becomes meaningful when it answers a real riding need.

Before the frame is drawn, before materials and components are chosen, there is a question to solve: how should the bike behave, where should it perform at its best and what should the rider feel when the terrain becomes more demanding? From there, geometry, suspension, weight distribution, frame stiffness and motor integration begin to take shape as parts of the same system.

This is how Rhapsody was born. We wanted an Enduro platform able to express its racing DNA through the way the bike rides, not only through the way it looks. That meant developing a full carbon chassis around stability at speed, precision under load and greater control through steep, rough and technical sections, while keeping the bike responsive enough to move naturally with the rider.

The 180 mm suspension platform, mullet configuration, progressive kinematics, Cobra Design and Bosch Performance Line CX Gen 5 were not added as individual features. They were developed around the same objective, creating a bike where structure, suspension and power delivery work together to give the rider more confidence when the pace increases.

Rhapsody is therefore not the result of starting from a list of components. It is the result of starting from the ride we wanted to create, and engineering every detail around it.

The shape of Rhapsody was never meant to be neutral. The front of the frame rises with a strong, almost predatory tension that immediately gives the bike its character, but behind that visual identity there is a precise technical reason.

Cobra Design was developed around the areas of the frame that are subjected to the highest loads. The head tube and the front section are reinforced to increase torsional stiffness and keep the bike precise under hard braking, repeated impacts and high-speed direction changes. Instead of separating engineering from design, Rhapsody uses the structure itself to define its appearance, creating a frame that looks aggressive because it has been engineered to behave aggressively.

That approach comes directly from Fantic’s off-road culture, where every shape has to work before it can become a signature. The result is a front end designed to give the rider a more direct connection with the terrain, greater stability when speed increases and the confidence to stay committed when the trail becomes steep, rough and unpredictable.

This is where the identity of Rhapsody comes from, not from adding a design language around the bike, but from allowing performance, structure and Fantic racing DNA to shape the bike itself.

MY26 gives the Fantic e-MTB range a clearer structure, with three platforms developed around different riding styles and levels of performance.

Sierra is our full carbon Trail platform, with 160 mm front and 155 mm rear travel, developed to balance climbing efficiency, control and responsiveness on technical terrain.

Rhapsody is the strongest expression of our racing DNA. Its full carbon Enduro chassis combines 180 mm of travel, a mullet configuration and progressive suspension kinematics to deliver greater stability, precision and control when speed and terrain intensity increase.

Ridge completes the range with an aluminium platform available in both Trail, with 150/150 mm travel, and All Mountain, with 170/170 mm, offering a robust and versatile solution across a wider range of terrain.

Rhapsody’s battery is extracted from the bottom of the downtube, combining easy removal and replacement with a frame layout focused on structural continuity.

Compared with solutions that rely on a large upper opening in the downtube, the downward extraction system reduces the need to interrupt the main tube structure. This helps preserve torsional stiffness while maintaining full access to the battery.

The result is a cleaner integration of functionality, serviceability and frame performance.

Rhapsody combines 180 mm front and rear travel with progressive suspension kinematics focused on control, traction and stability. Its geometry and long-travel setup keep the bike balanced and precise across technical terrain.
