The girls’ weekend getaway made it out of the group chat…the Tesla did not.

You HAVE to make this. For those who’ve tried this type of fruit cocktail before, what are your favourite flavour combos?
Usually these include an avocado cream base but I’m not a fan. I recommend using fruits that are in season to get the best flavours.

This is obviously a huge serving and over the top but you can it eat over two days or share with someone special.

Try it for yourself, use your favourite fruit combos, buy the juice blends if you’re feeling lazy 🤪 but make this and thank me later 😌

Btw, that pistachio cream in the middle was improvised while I was making it and I’m so glad I added it in 🤤 a must for pistachio lovers!

No specific recipe here, use this for inspo or feel free to ask questions if any! 🫶🏽

🇱🇧 Lebanon has (dare I say) the best lemonade you’ll ever taste. The 🍋 lemons are not juiced but rather mashed with sugar allowing all the natural oils to be released.
“Next level” lemonade also includes a splash of orange blossom for a subtle fragrant flavour that is irresistible!

I made the frozen blended version, but it’s just as good with crushed ice in a glass cup. The mint is also optional but it’s how I like to have mine 😎.

Ingredients (adjust sugar and water to liking):
•5 big lemons (~300ml juiced)
•1/2 cup sugar
•1 1/2 cups cold water
•2 tbsp orange blossom
•20 mint leaves
•1 tbsp lemon zest (optional)
•5-7 ice cubes
//
Method:
-wash and cut lemons in 8. Place in big bowl
-sprinkle sugar and muddle to get all the juice
-optional: leave lemons, sugar and juice in bowl for several hours in the fridge
-strain juice in blender, squeeze out any remaining juice from lemons
-add 2 tbsp sugar
-add orange blossom, mint, water, ice and blend
Serve with mint sprig and lemon slice
Note: Serves 3

I need this feeling on repeat. Completely dozed off for 90 minutes 🧖‍♀️😴
Such a relaxing experience at @skines.ca and my hair was so soft and smelled so nice for days ✨

Also, adding this to the list of experiences I’d much rather receive as a gift than another candle or coffee mug 🙃
